My doctor and her nurse are wonderful the lady at the front desk to check in was a little rude, when someone is in pain and do all online and phone has that new app that says your checked in don't have to check in sit down then sit down due to pain then get rudely told no you have to check in, gave name that was it, when people are in pain and hurt let them sit and do it from the sit

At this point in time, I don't have a regular doctor because the one I was seeing for the past few years has left MHMC and has not been replaced. I would love for Dr. Huyssoon to be my regular doctor, but she says she's not accepting new patients. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in examining me. My issue was very concerning to me as it seemed to be to her as well. She ordered tests to rule out certain serious things. She was very professional and kind. It was very short notice and the day after a holiday, but she made time for me. She also listened and helped me with a couple other minor things. Again I felt well taken care of and so wish she would permanently take me on as a patient. I would have no hesitation to recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Huyssoon is the most thorough provider I have ever had. She is a great listener and makes sure I am up to date on my vaccines and health care tests. She also seems to be well read and current on the latest medications. I appreciate her thoroughness and interest she takes in giving me great healthcare.

Went great until I went to the lab where a very rude gal attempted to belittle me so I walked out. She told me I had "walked in" from providers office without an appointment so I was going to wait awhilewhen I asked what she meant by awhile, (meaning an hr or 2?) she proceeded to speak slower, repeating that it would be awhile. I told her I new what the word wait meant and left. I gotta tell ya OHSU will not put up with that!

She explained simple tips to help me cut down on my caffeine intake (without the condescending attitude I always experienced in CA) that made me really want to succeed in cutting down.
