The amount of time for the visit wasn't enough, and I felt my issues weren't adequately addressed. The physician didn't have enough time because she was pressed to see other patients. Legacy itself limits the necessary time that is necessary for their physicians to adequately care for their patients. It's money vs quality of care.

She yelled about the amount of oxy I was taking, but didn't tell me what I should be taking. In middle of appointment yelled out "I don't have time for this. Went off about my being prescribed Clonidine for nausea. Didn't suggest an alternative. I would not see a Doctor tether than see her again. Went to see her for high blood pressure during home hralth visit. Horrifying experience!

Dr Huyssoon has been my Dr for over 20 years. She is an excellent Dr. She takes time to listen to you, talks to me about how I am doing and ask me questions with respect. She is caring and understanding. She is like a friend and a good person all around.

My doctor and her nurse are wonderful the lady at the front desk to check in was a little rude, when someone is in pain and do all online and phone has that new app that says your checked in don't have to check in sit down then sit down due to pain then get rudely told no you have to check in, gave name that was it, when people are in pain and hurt let them sit and do it from the sit

At this point in time, I don't have a regular doctor because the one I was seeing for the past few years has left MHMC and has not been replaced. I would love for Dr. Huysoon to be my regular doctor, but she says she's not accepting new patients. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in examining me. My issue was very concerning to me as it seemed to be to her as well. She ordered tests to rule out certain serious things. She was very professional and kind. It was very short notice and the day after a holiday, but she made time for me. She also listened and helped me with a couple other minor things. Again I felt well taken care of and so wish she would permanently take me on as a patient. I would have no hesitation to recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Huyssoon is the most thorough provider I have ever had. She is a great listener and makes sure I am up to date on my vaccines and health care tests. She also seems to be well read and current on the latest medications. I appreciate her thoroughness and interest she takes in giving me great healthcare.

Dr Huysoon is especially good at explaining the trade-offs to consider in my own medical decisions. She never talks down to me and she assumes I can make the right decision for myself, provided I'm given the information I need. I'm always impressed that she has clearly been reading about the latest studies concerning my conditions and the medication options I have. She is clear about the advantages I could realize with better lifestyle choices without being judgmental.

Everything went well except for my flu shot. The medical assistant injected it so high on my arm she missed the muscle and went straight for my shoulder joint. I handle pain well and this was the most painful flu shot I've ever received . I have had a cortisone shot in my shoulder joint before and this was equally as painful, and in the same place. It didn't occur to me to mention it to the doctor at the time because my mind was on my other medical problems.
