Kit was talking down to me and felt like he thought I was an idiot.. When I asked questions about the difference between ezema and a bacterial skin infection he said he "will not go through his medical training" with me. In general he was short and lacked empathy and then towards the end of my appointment I felt so dumb I started crying and he said I was a "good mom" When asked if my son needed any bloodwork done he said why on earth would do bloodwork for this.Not going back to him.

Kip was, by far, the best provider for an initial appointment that I have experienced. He was engaging, listened well and helped me understand my health.

My whole family has been seeing Dr Hildebrand for over 20 years so I was disappointed when I couldn't see her at this visit BUT I left very happy and heard by Houghton.

In my opinion there is too much time typing by the provider and not enough time talking to and examining the patient. I went in for a physical and I would say it was pretty light. The provider didn't want to test my thyroid because it was normal last year, yet I have family history of thyroid disease and my prior Legacy provider always tested my thyroid during my physical. There was no discussion as to when my next Colorguard test should be. There was no discussion about my sleep or weight. There was no exam of my skin or moles on my skin. There was no EKG or chest X-ray. It just seemed to be a very light exam for someone my age. The breast exam was uncomfortable, perhaps this provider is inexperienced with doing it in a way that is comfortable for the patient. There was no check of my reflexes. My MCHC and hemoglobin came low and there was no specific guidance other than to eat more iron rich foods and a link to those foods. This provider is new to me so it could be why this exam felt so impersonal.

I came into see a doctor for the first time in 10 years. I have a list of things that need to be treated. It's not acceptable to say that only 1 thing per appointment can be treated. I have to make an appointment for each one? This is so frustrating to hear. I don't have the luxury of time to do that. Work for a living. Not to mention the unnecessary additional expense. I don't even get to see a doctor. I was very disappointed with the experience.

Everyone there works as a team and always give my dad up most respect during his visit. From entering the door to leaving. I just asked my dad if he had any complaints and he said no. He asked why he hast to fill this out I told him it's just a survey on the Service you received. He said he's the best and I don't want to change. You see my father had the same private doctor for many moons and he had to retire. He said he likes his relationship with this one and he doesn't want to change because he really truly listens. as for me, his daughter, I think everyone there goes above and beyond and I'm very observant. So overall, I would extremely recommend each and everyone there.

The provider didn't listen to anything I had to day for my sons needs, tried to offer his opinion about medication instead of listening to facts and prescribing, he also tried to tell my son how to behave in the room and at school. Also lied on notes about my son's behavior during our visit. Very very unhappy with the provider and my visit. Quincy will not be back to see him again.

Christopher Houghton has been an excellent medical provider for me. I consider him a partner in a very important segment of my life right now, as I'm 72 and healthy and want to stay that way as long as possible, and I think Kit will help me do that.

This was an appointment to establish care with Legacy Health. Was only able to schedule with a NP, no Dr, without waiting months. My insurance changed so had to leave Vancouver Clinic. More Dictors with VC and ease of appointment was very good. Something Legacy Health needs to improve upon.

Christopher NP was very thorough, professional, understanding and kind.He listened to my situation and concerns w care. He explained really well what he thought I should do to get completely better. He listened to my lungs, checked my throat, neck etc. He prescribed a chamber for my inhaler to improve it's effectiveness.I would highly recommend him as a great health care provider.

The receptionists were the nicest I've met, they were very patient that I'd forgotten my new patient paperwork and got a new copy and assured me that there was no rush. They were very helpful and kind while scheduling my follow up appointment. The exam room decor was genuinely calming. Christopher Houghton made me feel heard, respected, comfortable, spent enough time with me, and gave me more solutions to my problems and options. I also liked that the weigh station was in kg, this shows a high level of patient care.

Several days after my visit my condition worsened. I returned to see my regular doctor and received a different diagnosis and treatment that worked. I don't know if my eye problem had changed over two days pr of I had a mis-diagnosis.

Dr. Kit spent the most time with me than any medical professional ever has. It was a first session and k feel it took all the time he needed to really get to know me and address all my questions and concerns. He made sure to give me thorough and accurate info about the issues I was seeking guidance on. I'm very happy with my experience.

I was hoping that the doctor had read all the information that I had written down on the forms before he saw me so I wouldn't have to repeat everything I had written down down on the forms. And so he would know what needs to be addressed that has happened "in the past two weeks" which was answered on the forms instead of wondering why I was there or what needs to be addressed now. I'm hoping he will read that as soon as possible so I can be scheduled for tests for reasons of what I have going on in the "past two weeks". I also went to the appointments so I could get ALL of my medications perscibed and ready to be picked up for when I leave rehab, including the pain medications I'm receiving now from rehab so there's not a time lapse in taking them. I definitely do appreciate the amount of time and interest he showed in listening to me so I didn't feel rushed so I didn't forget to tell him about a lot of my medical problems. Because due to having 2 strokes I can't recall all the information on the spot. Which is why I hope he reads the paperwork I filled out. All of my medical history wasn't on that either because I didn't have my medical history with me at the rehabilitation center.

Everyone is always kind, courteous and caring. I was with Marriama Bayoh (whom we loved) but she moved to a different specialty, and this time was with Kit Houghton who was also amazing. Felt very comfortable with him and he took great care of me.

It was very simple to come to the conclusion that I had found my permanent provider once moving to Washington state. I've received exceptional care and have felt very well attended to each time I have presented for either general care or a specific need. This is an exceptional clinic and my provider couldn't be better. I'm grateful.

This family Legacy is the best medical center I've ever been to. I'm going on 74 years young now and of course I'm starting to have more medical problems than I've ever experienced before. My latest concern is I've not been able to donate Plasma @ my CSL due to having a low Hematocrit level of 38% on 10-18 & 10-19. Again but lower @ 37% on 10-21. CSL Had me hand deliver a paper for Dr Kit to fill out then fax back to them.today. I'm waiting to hear if Kit wants me to come in for a panel concerning this. My experience with Legacy so far has been on a 1-10, oh I'd say around 15-20. Love you All. :-)
