No bad experience. Appt was for establishing a PCP. She was wonderfuljust took almost 6 months for appt. I was called when a cancellation but that process was not easy to navigate on MyHealth, in my opinion

Dr. Completely aware of my health record when I visited. Knew everything that occurred leading up to my hospital visit and surgery. Addressed my case with empathy and understanding, warm and considerate. Like a member of my family.

My ONLY issue is with the notes from my visits not being quite accurate. Maybe I need to ask for alterations based on what I know I said?

Excellent except for unfriendly receptionist who did not respond when I gently pointed out that she had not greeted me at all let alone with a smile.

I really felt sincere care and attention from each and every person in the clinic! In person and on the phone. No long wait, and no sense of rushing me through. Very relaxed :)

My experience with the Legacy Staff at Bridgeport has been great. Dr Anissian is a great listener and always supportive. I always appreciate her online summaries of my visits.

Everyone at the clinic was welcoming, professional, and helpful. Dr. Anissian never seems rushed and provides excellent thoughts and explanations. She is a great listener. Her assistant was friendly, patient, and helpful. The phlebotomist provided the best blood draw I have ever had. It was remarkable that I did not feel the needle go in, nor did I feel when she changed vials. My only regret is that Dr. Anissian is not taking new patients as I would refer a number of people to her. A great care team!

Getting through on the phone can be a real nightmare.I came in for an appointment that I was 10 minutes late for. I was at fault because I was late, And I realize that. I had the wrong time written in my calendar.The receptionist at the desk was very short with me and would not let me even speak with the MA who is a dear friend of mine. She was very short, very almost rude and told me to send it message on the portal. I went out to my car and did this. I did have a discussion with Dr Anissian about this woman, and I believe they know who she is. I have never had that kind of encounter at this office before.

I hesitate to recommend this provider only because I don't want her to get so busy with new patients that she doesn't have time for me. Kidding aside, I would without hesitation recommend Laura Anissian. She is so thorough and enjoyable to work with that I find my time with her to be exactly what I would expect. She is the best!!!

Dr. Anissian was extremely courteous and helpful in all areas, and being I was a new patient and had never seen her before, I was very impressed with the entire experience, and was extremely impressed with Dr. Anissian and her thoroughness throughout my appointment. I am extremely glad to be a patient of hers as had waited several months to get an appt with her as she was not taking new patients and [date removed] was as soon as I could get into see her.

The best medicine I could find for my insurance...Dr Anissian is the highest of quality easy to talk to and a cornerstone of a medical group...I came back to Legacy because of Laura available to be my Dr...The medical group should be proud of the Bridgeport clinic...I can't say enough about my Dr. It's not easy in today's world with pandemics effect on us all...Good job with the clinic, support staff and the quality of my Doctor.

Dr. Laura Anissian has been my Primary Doctor for over 4 years. She is and Always has been a Super Great and Very Caring Doctor. She always takes lots of time to explain everything in detail to me, talk to me for long periods of time. During every visit I see her and takes Good Care about all my Many health care Needs. She Always Has! I really Trusr Her about Everything and all the Medications she Subscribes to me. Without a Dought! With all My Many Health Problems, I don't know what I would e ever do. Without all her Great and Caring Help! She is the Best Primary Doctor Ever! I Love Her.

Dr. Laura always listens attentively to any questions or concerns that I have. She treats me as though I am a person that is important to her not just another number on her calendar appointment and does not ever rush me to get out to get to the next person. However, she is With her time so there has rarely been in time when we have needed to exceeded the allotted appointment time. She is an excellent person to have on staff.

Excellent visit. As a new patient to this doctor I had to wait 9 months to see her as my new PCP. That seems excessive, but I know everyone is short staffed, even with doctors.

This was my first visit to this new to me Primary Care Doctor and it was a very good experience from my arrival to my departure. I had the same Primary Care Doctor for 17 years so going in for the first time to a new Doctor was concerning and I was put at ease right away and very grateful that I have this new Doctor and hope we are aSo together for 17 years going forward!

I asked Dr Anissian if she would be able to accept 2 more patients and she said unfortunately no at this time. I asked if entire clinic was full and asked if she would check for 2 local seniors. Thank you for this local, warm, caring clinic with good staff and fast test results.

No bad experiences. Really liked Mc Kenzie, the MA I dealt with--friendly, seemed knowledgeable, upbeat. The Dr answered all my questions and spent the time with me I needed and ordered some testing to try to determine the cause of my problems. I would suggest that you install a grab bar on the wall next to the exam table to give elderly people something solid to hold on to getting on and off the table.

Went for Wellness (Medicare) Exam. First one I've had. Your office notified me I needed one. Found it rather silly and unnecessary. I usually go for annual exams to get blood work and discuss concerns with Dr. Seems more thorough than Wellness Exam. Won't be going back for another.

The reason for the visit changed because of a health issue. Dr Laura was very supportive and offered explanations about my experience. She also made sure I will have a followup appointment with a neurologist.
