**Closed to New Patients** Dr. Tremaine is a board-certified family medicine doctor with Legacy Medical Group–West Linn. He received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed an internship at San Joaquin County Hospital in Stockton, California and performed his residency at East Moreland Hospital in Portland. Dr. Tremaine’s clinical interests include preventive medical care, treating high blood pressure and cholesterol, travel medicine and sports medicine. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Dr Tremaine has been my personal physician for about 20 years. I work in medicine and I always try to emulate his exceptional listening, empathy and standard of care. My family has also seem him over the years as I trust him to always provide the care that is best for me along with being proactive in identifying potential concerns. He is quick to followup with test results along with advice as well. This office has seemed understaffed for a long time and Dr Tremaine still makes me feel like I am his only patient in our encounters.

Nurse assistant dressed all in black including stretch pants, long sleeve jacket ant beret(hat). Not professional look or feel. NA was not friendly when I arrived nor during initial contact. After I saw provider, NA was friendly and pleasant while administering a vaccine.

The Dr is excellent. His clinic staff has gone thru major staff changes in the last year + so some staffmare not well trained or provided me with answers or return calls to my ongoing questions/concerns & had not clearly informed me my Dr was not in clinic causing considersble confusion when needing to get a medication refilled. Unfortunatelyna poor phone connection contributed tomthe break down but bottom line the dr office should have returned a call to me same day butmhadnt & then when they send a email thrumthe My Health System it did NOT populate like it always had beforemon the main email page of those who sent an email that day.. So Ii didnt know they had sent me an email until Ii went to " send a msg" THEN Ii discovered when going deeper Iin the system there had sent a msg 2 days earlier.

The only issue was trying to set up the appointment. I could not speak to anyone directly when I called. After numerous tries over two days, I sent an email through the portal and received a call back from the appointment scheduler later that day. Dr. Tremaine is a treasure. He is very kind, listens carefully, and I completely trust his judgment when it comes to my health.

This physician proved to me what a good doctor could and should be. An excellent listener and thorough in his diagnosis. It is apparent after meeting Dr Tremaine why his patient reviews are so high.

The medical assistant did not introduce herself and was not friendly. The receptionist seemed very unprofessional and didn't seem to want to be there. I go to this office because I love my doctor. He is fantastic- Dr. Tremaine. He should have better support people in his office (front desk and MA)

Legacy family health clinics are short staffed and they try to push patients who need non emergency normal hours care to their GoHealrh Urgicare facilities, at a higher cost that hits deductibles instead of copay. Legacies inability to staff and pay appriately to provide quality care should affect patient care or cost. If you oush us to UrgiCare because you are short staffed, Legacy GoHealth shoyld match cooay costs, etc. Orherwise, it incentivzes to yoy short staff for a healthy financial bottom line. I have a budget and insurance consistent with that budget. I sign of for BCBS PPO and come to Lefacy for a good reason. I expect to get an appoint with my doctor within 3 days when I am sick baed on how sick I am, especially if its not an emergecy, or urgent. Lagacy should staff for that so as not to unnecessarily encumber either patients or medical staff.

I found the dr.s asst. unhelpful - angered me by giving me a test for dementia w/o my approval or explaining so I was not compliant.

In my years, I've had many primary care providers. Dr. Tremaine's tremendous bedside manner, is a great asset. He listens, is compassionate, and provides the best medical advice. I almost look forward to medical visits with him. Kudos to Dr. Tremaine!

Dr. Tremaine arranged to meet me under short notice to evaluate my complaints. He also diagnosed bronchitis for which he prescribed an antibiotic. He Is one of the best care givers I have known. I remain a steadfast fan.

Dr Tremaine is consistently thorough, patient, and compassionate in his care. He listens with empathy, follows up quickly on after visit summaries and tests. I always feel like the most important patient he has seen all day regardless of how minor my chief complaint.Yosgur new MA is professional, thorough and an excellent addition to the WL team.

Receptionists were not friendly. Did not greet me. Did not make eye contact or smile. Felt very transitional & not relational. They were not busy or pressured, so no excuse. Dr. T was great.

I really have a great rapport with Dr. Tremaine. I wish the medical profession would move on from COVID. Especially as it relates to children. It will be with us forever and we cannot treat it like it is a death sentence.

Dr. T is the ONLY positive thing about this or any Legacy office. It's impossible to get in in a reasonable time. The responses in the portal are slow and not timely. The check in process is pointless and drawn out. With all honesty the only reason I come here is Dr. T. I hate Legacy and the BS with their policies and scheduling. This office is run poorly at best.

Dr. Tremaine is one of the 'good ones' left in the medical practice. He goes above and beyond, and ALWAYS shows that he cares by listening and responding with solutions and appropriate medical advice and suggestions. I have suggested him to many people. Even In this current health care setting he never waivers and demonstrates true compassion for his patients. The only not so great interaction this time was with the receptionist that checked me in. Usually all have been great, but this person seemed hurried, lacked eye contact and connection, and (as I was trained to do) was dismissive versus clarifying if I understood the instructions she spoke which were very quick and curt. Everyone is allowed an 'off' day,I just hope her next day was a little better for her and others she interacted with.

Dr. Tremaine goes above and beyond. He respects and treats me as a person he knows (history wise). I feel like he is always very thorough with my care and takes his time to answer any question I have. I have been seeing him for many years. I would and do recommend this provider to everyone I know. I can not speak highly enough about how care and professionalism.

I feel very lucky to have a great doctor, like Dr.Tremaine. He has been our doctor for at least 10-15 years, and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is a great person to have on your side and our personalities are very comparable as well.

Dr. Tremaine is a rarity. My family has been going to him since the early 2000's and I would not go to anyone else. He looks at the individual and treats them for their individual needs rather than blanketed treatment. I have and will continue to recommend people to him.
