This was my first time to see Doctor and I liked her very much.

I mentioned to the doctor, to the office staff also that my referrals for MRIs and lab works were to be set up for Providence hood, River Hospital, and imaging. That was a week ago, and in my chart, it still shows that they were set up for legacy health. I live in hood river, and do not want to travel to legacy for these tests during the upcoming weather. I have called every day since then, except for the holiday. I have been told that it was taken care of, but Providence has no record of any referrals for imaging or lab work . I would like to schedule these as soon as possible. And left another message this morning because I couldn't speak to a person at the doctors front desk.

I was very late due to traffic and other factors, and yet the provider still saw me and the staff stayed late and greatly appreciated that.

Doctor Leena was very knowledgeable about the neurological symptoms and potential causes for balance issues. The parking lot was full and we had to circle around the structure to wait for parking. That made us a little late for our appointment and we arrived 30 min. Early to park.

Listened carefully. Made thoughtful suggestions based on our information. Also included my husband more after we told her I had a bad memory. Had a good sense of humor!

Provider is personable, remembered contact in hospital so had frame of reference for hospital follow-up appointment. Unfortunately, patient had another seizure day after appointment and ended up back in hospital for 8 days and we still don't know cause or trigger.

Parking is terrible. First time to this building/office it was nice that there was someone sitting at the entrance to ask which way to go.

The provider herself was great. However, it took 45 minutes for her to come to see me. The office waiting room was empty. The area with the exam rooms was empty (meaning the place was not overflowing with people/patients). They did not come to inform me that the dr. was running late. I finally had to go find someone & ask, and it still took 15 more minutes before she arrived. She gave a grief apology. I stopped her and made her understand how frustrated & upset I was at not being informed that she was running late.
The provider I saw was a specialist - 1st visit. She was not familiar with my chart & did not know my hx at all -
