Everyone at Dr. Youssefian's office is absolutely wonderful, respectful and empathetic as well as accommodating with my large wheelchair and extreme pain/bad symptoms. They are always kind and are my favorite medical office out of all of my medical providers because they genuinely care and respond rapidly on MyChart or over the phone with any help we need. I am extremely sad to see Dr. Youssefian leave but I know I'm in great hands with whoever will be taking over my care. This is an exceptionally well run office with amazing people, literally every single person from the front desk to the MA & doctor.

Dr Youssefian-Hallaran far exceeded my expectations. She listened and discussed my symptoms and thoroughly explained blood test, MRI and electrical stimulus results. She's a superb physician-specialist. Kim who is Dr Youssefian's assistant did a fine job of preparing me for my visit and making me feel welcome and comfortable.

I didn't complain, but she didn't like the way that it went in so she changed the needle. She is just the best so considerate And compassionate

The bad: I was told by scheduler I couldn't have a follow up appt for 3 months after my original appt. I asked the doctor why that was, as blood test results were available within 2 weeks of original appt. She said it was to allow time for nerve conduction testing, and asked if anyone had called to schedule it. They had not. We scheduled it at this visit for about 8 weeks out. But otherwise, this visit was kind of a waste of time.

The physician was friendly however I felt like she really didn't hear me. I understand she needs the results from tests in order to draw some conclusions however there could have been some discussion regarding my ailments without blaming my symptoms on medications I've been taking for a decade and at higher doses.

This was my first time seeing her, as my prior provider took a different role in the clinic. She was great to work with and I feel hopeful that she can help me manage my condition.Side note: I was not notified by your clinic that my prior provider took a different role. I only found out when I called to schedule an appointment. This was a lack of communication from the office.

This provider is the best neurologist I could ask for, especially being a patient with OHP insurance. She is the most competent, patient, understanding and helpful neurologist I've seen in 8 years. She & all of her staff do an outstanding job even though I have a lot of trouble with my insurance & primary care doctor. They always help me & my caregiver with anything we need right away. No delays or not being able to get in contact with them. The office visits are once every 3 months for Botox injections to treat migraines but they make time for any other questions I have during the visit as well. I'm always treated with respect & feel listened to which is sorely lacking in most other medical offices & with other medical staff elsewhere. I appreciate them all very, very much. They're outstanding!

I had an excellent experience seeing Dr. Leena Youssefian and her medical assistant, Kim. Kim provided the friendliest customer service I've ever received while waiting for an appointment by kindly informing me that the appointment start time would be a bit later than planned immediately after I checked in. She also gave me the green light to go get a tea at a nearby cafe instead of waiting in the lobby, which was lovely. Dr. Youssefian was personable, hilarious, and provided her full attention and expertise to the neurological issues I've been experiencing for months. After several PCP visits advocating for a neurology referral, this appointment provided major relief, acknowledgement of my experiences and a clear plan of care. I was blown away by the level of expertise and care that I received. Thank you!

I really hate when nurse assistants don't look at the paperwork we are told to fill out to make sure things are correct. No need to have me check anything off in the waiting room if they aren't going to look at or at least ask if anything has changed.

Dr. YOUSSEFIAN-HALLERAN is an outstanding doctor. She is well-prepared, insightful, showed me MRI results from my stroke two years ago as we discussed my now cured vertigo issues. She is among the best practitioners I have seen at Legacy Health.

Once in examining room, the person I saw who took weight, blood pressure etc..was extremely unprofessional and was not really properly trained to do her job...once the doctor entered the room everything was extremely good in my overall visit with her
