Dr Mankin has always been a very caring and diligent doctor. I really enjoy my visits with him. He is very kind. He never rushes my time there.

Doctor/assistant know I have a BP phobia; don't understand why this has to be done every visit, because it is never a reflection of my true BP, which I measure at home on a new machine and which is always much lower when I'm in a normal state of calmness. BP measuring in the office is a high stress factor for me.

Dr. Mankin is wonderful. He listens to me, asks questions, expresses an interest in my life, family, books I'm reading, grandchildren, travel and shares a bit about his life. I would love it if my whole family could go to him. But they live in San Diego.

I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Mankin and the service he provides. Question 27 is poorly written. Maybe, in circumstances it is not applicable or relevant.

There is never a bad experience with Dr. Mankin! He always listens very carefully and thoughtfully. He answers all our questions and discusses different medications and effects. He never rushes and is very kind.

This was my FIRST visit w/Dr. Mankin. My previous PCP retired 3 months ago and gave me enough medication refills to last 3 months until I found a new PCP. My experience at this office was very good; the check out receptionist was the least friendly of all staff I dealt with. She seemed distracted by conversation behind her and she had me repeat when I needed the next appointment and why more than once. I felt she just wanted to talk w/her coworkers and not deal w/the patient in front of her. As to the question about whether I would refer friends/family to this clinic, it is not that I won't, but living so far from it makes it difficult to refer others to. I have no problem with this visit and don't expect to at future appointments.
