She was very attentive and really made a stressful appointment very calming. Made me feel like we can tackle this problem.

Dr. Venn listened to what I had to say and answered all of my many questions without making me feel like I was dumb and taking up her time. She made me feel like she wanted to help me and not like she just wanted to get on to the next patient. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with Monica Venn. She was very professional and easy to talk with. She removed her mask so I could see who I was communicating with and meeting for the first time.

The diagnosis is not made yet. There was no confirmed info about a plan. The plan is, "a step at a time".

She explained everything was willing to help me move up a dose. I asked a question and she explained it and gave me suggestion. It was a good visit.

This is not my normal doctor, but she squeezed my appointment in for 2 weeks after I called to schedule. My husband had an unprotected affair months ago that I had just found out about. My anxiety was through the roof wanting to get in and be tested. The girl I talked to on the phone to schedule my appointment went above and beyond to find someone who could see me in a reasonable amount of time. As much as I was wanting to get in to be tested, I was dreading going. The Dr was so amazing that I was actually smiling while in the room with her. She made me feel comfortable and less ashamed than I thought I would. I really appreciate her and would definitely recommend her to others.
