The kiosk at your lab department leaves a lot to be desired for those who don't like computers or don't have one
Legacy has always provided excellent service. They are polite, on time, patient respect me as a person. My team is great!
Receptionists talked very loud
Hit the important facts and asked for any questions or concerns I might have.
Pleasant - but not enough time to get to core issues or concerns.
Always great visit. Personable and well informed. Loved the front desk person that helped me get signed in. Assistant is always great. Ross is always informative and great with answering questions.
Ross is as good as it gets. Like him very much
This team does a great job every time.
My provider is a good listener and responds to my messages.
Ross is an exceptional provider.
It was a good experience, as expected.
Ross is thorough, friendly & knowledgeable.
He is always concerned about me and what went wrong.
Ross was very attentive to the concerns of mine and my wife's . From the knee pain to my gait and daily activities. He has requested PT to assist in these areas.
Ross always acts like you are the only thing on his mind when you are there, never rushing, always listening. He is confident and helpful. As an older woman I find my concerns are not taken seriously by some other providers, so I appreciate that Ross always takes me seriously and finds the help I need.
I feel medically gaslighted every appointment. Each appointment I get the same answer "it doesn't make medical sense, you need to see mental health". Im not very comfortable returning. I mean I had a "cold" a few days prior to going to emergency with pneumonia and heart failure. I don't feel like I can be honest with how I feel and feel insulted every time I leave the office.
Your practice is close to my home, and seems to mee my current needs.
Nurse cleaning my ear got water all over me.
I did not feel that my provider was listening to me. While I was talking he kept saying "uhhuh" and "okay". When I completed what I was say he went on for several more seconds saying the same- as though I was still talking. This made me feel like he wasn't really interested in hearing my report of workplace hostility that had triggered severe terror. He offered to send in a social worker which I accepted. My provider lacked any sort of warmth or kindness, he was cold and abrupt. Left me sorry I reached out for help.
With this visit, the provider only spent a couple minutes with me. He checked my ears and little else. He did not provide any remedies, holistic or prescription except for me to keep doing what I was doing. I am in more pain today than yesterday and don't feel that he spent enough time with me to give a clear diagnosis. I understand the medical field is overwhelmed right now. It just wasn't the level of care I am used to Dr. Puterbaugh providing.
Ross Puterbaugh is great PA.His staff is too. I great great care. I recommend him to others.
Dr always comes in immediately, very little wait time, is friendly ask me what I'm here for and then proceeds to answer all my questions, goes over my chart and is exactly what I want and expect from a good physician.
The provider spent less than five minutes with me, turning me over to a student intern for 90% of the visit. My experience with this provider has been excellent in the past, but I left the office thinking that I needed to look for another PCP.
While I am happy with PA Ross's care, I look forward to seeing a doctor as my age and health issues become more complicated
Ross listened to my list of aches and pains (had kidney stones) and explained possibilities. He followed up with blood work and other tests. I appreciate the thoroughness and his prompt response to the test results.
Ross is always professional but friendly. He takes great interest in my medical health. Although I was there for a physical he ordered some tests and lab work that was additional and I am very happy with my provider.
Treated with respect
We are more than satisfied with Dr. Puterbaugh and his "team."
Ross is Very attentive and is keeping track of different procedures I have had done with specials.
Ross is always thorough and extremely professional.
He did recommend further services - PT and X-ray.
Too much "extra" info requested as part of the pre-visit checkin (both online checkin, and then inperson). "Safe at home"? "Food security"? When I go to see my MEDICAL Doctor for a MEDICAL problem, I don't want to feel that I'm being quizzed by a Social Worker. And, no, there was no opt-out possible... I had to answer yes or no. There were several non-medical questions that struck me as intrusive... I just happen to recall the safety and food questions as they struck me as being intrusive, not needed, and not applicable to my visit goal.
Ross saw me fast and examined me quickly, assuring me I had no problems, but was glad I came in even though the problem wasn't as big as I thought it was. Also quickly provided me with a flu-shot! Quick doctor experience, with excellent service.
I was rushed through the appointment. I do not feel this provider knows anything about me or my medical history or really understands the heart event that I experienced. I was not listened to or allowed to be involved in my own care. I followed my cardiologist's instructions to the letter and this provider assumed I didn't or that he knew better than them. I left very upset and cannot bring myself to go back.
Dr.was thorough in all aspects.
Have always been satisfied with my provider.
Ross always listens and understands my concerns. Having a chronic unexplained illness can be stressful and hard to find a provider that really listens and takes my concerns seriously. Ross always listens and doesn't make me feel comfortable. He also did a great job mentoring his PA in training. Can't remember his name but he was so patient and understanding also.
I had a good experience with the Dr and his staff.
In my few visits since switching to Dr. Puterbaugh as my PC doc, I've had good interactions.
This was my first visit since a long stay in South Dakota.
I didn't care for some of the questions or the reactions, by questioning my responses.
Provider is too hands-off'; doesn't listen to lungs or heart or check lymph nodes, or touch in any way. Seems knowledgeable, and listens well.
Ross and his staff are always very professional and knowledgeable. I have referred family and friends to the office.
Very positive
Great care and my favorite medical person.
Ross Puterbaugh could not help me directly but he did arrange for an urgent referral to a specialist.
It was a good first visit
This was a first visit to establish care and Ross Puterbaugh was very nice, thoughtful and courteous in the way he treated me during this visit.
It was quite a shock going from my previous provider to this one, as I got a lot of extra care from my previous one, who unfortunately retired, beyond what is in an ordinary wellness visit. But I understand how things have changed from "old school" ways. My only negative experience was with the medical assistant I talked to the day before I came in. I asked why I hadn't received any instruction about fasting for a blood glucose blood test. She said that fasting was not required. I said I would fast anyway, just in case. When I got to the actual blood draw, the clerk said, "I see this says, fasting glucose. Have you fasted for the past 12 hours? When I said I had, she seemed surprised. So it must happen a lot that people don't. I don't appreciate the wrong information.
Nurse doing blood test seemed uncaring and rough. Said, one, two, three and jamed the blood draw needle in my left arm. Then said that didn't work well then did my other arm. When done said insincere, "sorry".
Waiting room VERY noisy.
I really appreciated Ross Puterbaugh and the way we were able to relate
I remain very impressed with the quality of care and professionalism at legacy health. Your continued rapid fulfillment of all of my family's health needs, some of them quite urgent, has us knowing we are in the best of hands. Thank you for all that you do. I remain deeply grateful.
Doc has always worked an urgent appointment request on short notice. Definitely appreciated.
Most of my out of office communication has been done via your My Chart app. They have been excellent on their response time and dealing with my requests.
I had a very good experience.
He and his nurse were both very attentive. They answered all my questions, I felt confident in the answers that were provided and I didn't at all feel rushed or unimportant.
He actually wanted to help me, best dr. I've ever seen.
Very good visit. Was to begin a relationship.
I was there to get established for a new primary care doctor. As I moved from [location removed] recently I am very pleased with Ross Puterbaugh.
I always recieve excellent care from my provider and the staff
I went to the provider for a specific problem, he listened to my concern wit my problem, he examined me and said what the problem was wrote me a prescription, explained how to use it and what was to be expected by me as the outcome. So far he is right with what he said.
I need a doctor Ross is a PA.
I felt that my explanation and concerns were not taken very seriously if he started from the premise that something was not right was episode and might be other then cardiac which he discounted, then the whole tone of the visit would have been different and constructive.
He & his assistant were both great -
All good
Ross is the most professional and kind provider - I appreciate his compassionate disposition with expertise.
All good.
Ross is very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and not in a rush to complete the visit. Always has the answers to my questions and issues.
All good
Typical demeaning treatment recommendations and testing as if I'm incompetent of monitoring my own behavior. They make you feel like you're a drug addict and need them to watch over you.I've been monitoring my own care with the help of 2 physicians and a psychologist for years. I don't need to be drug tested like a dirtbag.
I appreciate dr Ross, I felt like today he was not quite concerned about how I was feeling, I was in car accident and I'm in a lot of pain and lot places hurting on my body he said it's normal give it a couple weeks, I had to ask him about therapy. He agreed but he should have asked and cared a little more. That's how I feel.
Best visit I've ever had with a medical professional. Already referred a friend to him.
Very nice people all around. From reception to medical team. This is my first visit and left felling very good about getting "my" team in place for any future medical needs.
Ross is both professional and friendly, a combination that can be hard to pull off.
Good appt.
Good!
I waited less time to see the provider than I expected.
Ross and his team are great and good at what they all do. I went in after not seeing Ross for some time with lots of issues. He was patient and heard me out.
Ross was a pleasure to meet, and I trust his expertise; Ross was thoughtful, courteous, patient, respectful, relaxed, thorough, helpful with guidance and direction. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you
Ross is a wonderful health care provider. I have referred him other patients, including my husband.
RN was professional, social and skilled.I had 3 injections with minimal pain! Thank you
The receptionist there was great she was very friendly and nice and very helpful I felt the doctor came in and left very quickly before I had a chance to really say everything I needed to say or ask it seemed like he was in a hurry.
Was all good
I like Ross a lot. He listens and had good recommendations of services for me.
Appreciate the sensitivity to my pain
This is the best clinic and everyone there is very nice and takes care of patients and listens and help with questions and concerns
Always kind & respectful.
Ross is an excellent listener and never rushes me out of the office.
Always had a good experience with doctors this one especially
The provider was attentive, respectful, empathetic, and knowledgeable. His assistant forgot me after the visit, leaving me to wait 15 minutes for my after-visit summary and instructions. I finally left the room and asked someone to find her. Wasn't thrilled about that.
Overall, this office and provider was great. The reception was friendly and efficient, the assistant was very polite and friendly and the provider listened carefully and gave me options for my needs. The provider professionally gave his opinions and explained them well. Overall happy and content with my visit.
Well informed, patient, courteous, reassuring.
I had to go to the lab for a blood draw. The person that drew my blood filled one tube and then pulled the needle out. I knew that I had 2 tests that take 2 different tubes and when I asked her she had not noticed k had a second test so I had to have another draw done.
If I was a Kaiser Permanente patient, I would have received my CPAP machine earlier. I don't understand why I must wait so for it.
My Dr. Always treats me with respect and ask questions about my health.
I came to see if a bad gash was healling okay; I really appreciated being seen on short notice
Prescribed some cough meds and they did not work I coughed all night said I might have seasonal allergies I really don't think so
Ross was really great. I could tell he cared and answered all my questions with great insight and knowledge. He is the Gold Standard for Primary Care Providers. Thank you for all that you do, Ross.

I feel very fortunate to have Ross Puterbaugh for my health care. He is thorough, patient and really informative. I don't have occasion to see him more than my annual check up but if I do need help he has always taken care for me without making me feel like I am a bother to him. I can say I am very glad I have someone like Ross for my medical needs.
