Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Baugh is a primary care physician at Legacy Medical Group-Northwest. He received his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency at The Mayo Clinic. He has a clinical interest in gay and lesbian issues and focuses his practice on individuals 15 years of age and older. He joined Legacy Medical Group-Northwest in 1999. Dr Baugh, his assistant, Izzie both fantastic. Staff in the office always courteous and friendly. I view this as top notch healthcare. I would only go somewhere else if I needed a specialist. They even offered to help calibrate my home blood pressure device!

Dr Baugh explained very clearly the difference between an Advanced Directive, a Medical Power of Attorney, and a POLST, which was very helpful.Furthermore, he made a same-day appointment at Inovia Vein to test my swollen right leg for blood clots (none were found).He also sent me upstairs to Rm 360 for a blood draw. I received the test results the very next day!

Dr. Baugh and his team listened with care and provided prompt treatment for my concerns. Staff was friendly and supportive. Additionally, Dr. Baugh Immediately followed up with various questions I had over my chart messaging. He was reassuring and kind. His treatment has improved my health and we have seen the healthy outcomes I was hoping for.

Dr. Baugh and Legacy Medical Group Northwest are simply the best. Professional, welcoming, courteous and most of all I feel they value me and my health. I've been a patient at this clinic for 25 years and wouldn't ever go anywhere else! I'm proud to say they are my primary care provider!

The overall experience is very good. The only issue is understaffing and it is difficult to make the copay because the card readers rarely work. This is then a hassle to get a bill and have to pay another way.

This was a routine physical visit. In the past, physicians often had more time to discuss any other concerns one had but that no longer seems to be part of a routine physical visit.

The care I received was excellent. My constructive feedback is that I needed to wait on the phone for at least 40 mins to make the appointment and my doctor wasn't available for a physical for months.

The only issue with my visit was the new reception clerk had not code a visit to a car insurance claim so she needed help from other clerks to complete that process. They didn't make me wait, rather try gave my form to fill out while I waited a minute or so for the Dr's assistant to take me to the exam room. So it really wasn't much of an Issue for me.

It is difficult to contact Dr. Baugh's medical staff by phone. When I am able to get through my experiences are satisfactory. I wish that it would be easier to contact his medical staff by phone.

I was comfortable with the urgency with which my physician was able to provide care (which has not always been the case). I was also very happy with the fact that, although my physician was going on vacation at the time some worrisome test results were expected, he asked an associate (not part of his medical group) to follow up with me - I received a phone call from BOTH physcians within an hour of the test results becoming available.

My experience was truly amazing, and probably the best I have ever had in this clinic. I was treated well, listened to, and both the nursing and physician team really put me at ease. The examination room was so hot I nearly passed out / was sick. I needed to end my appointment slightly early so that I could exit the room and sit down. The receptionists were extremely helpful and offered to bring me water, a chair, a damp towel for my head. I'm very grateful to them.

The Doctor carefully examined my hand and recommended xray, and then got back to me right away with a referral to the Orthopedic surgeon. MA was amiable and efficient with measuring blood pressure and administering flu shot.

I was completely out of meds and did not know they would make me see my dr for med refills. They took 3 days to get me a prescription called in. I went without meds for 3 days. They should have told me sooner that I would need an appointment before my next refill. This was very difficult to go without meds. No sense of urgency when I explained I was completely out of meds.

The telephone wait times are unreal. To make this appt I think I waited in a phone queue for 30 minutes. The providers are exceptional however which is why I love this practice.
