During my initial phone conversation to set up the appointment, and during the reminder call, it was stressed that I needed to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment time (arrive at 9:40 am for a 10:00 am appointment). I asked the person who called to remind me of the appointment if I still needed to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment if I had completed all of the check-in "paperwork" on MyHealth. She told me I did so that the medical assistant could get me into the exam room, take my vitals, confirm some information, etc so that the provider could see me promptly at 10:00. I arrived at 9:40, was asked two screening questions related to Covid, and then spent 25-30 minutes waiting in the lobby...time that I could have used to do something far more productive. Once I was taken to the exam room and the MA completed her tasks, Dr. Grund arrived shortly thereafter. I realize that providers must deal with emergencies and other unexpected events in their day, so I hope this isn't the norm, but my time is equally valuable and I feel it was wasted, especially since I completed all of the check-in "paperwork" on line, as requested. On a positive note, I could not have been more impressed by Dr. Grund's thoroughness and attention to detail. I have a somewhat complex medical history and, although this was my first visit with him, he was extremely familiar with the details of my medical history. He was very patient when answering my questions during the appointment and in a way that was easily understood. And, finally, his after-visit summary was phenomenal! I've never seen a more accurate, in-depth, and detailed summary of my background, the reason for my visit, and the recommended plan to move forward. He sets the standards very high for other providers to meet!

Was surprised as soon as I walked into reception;I was met by a young man with an enthusiastic demeanor. He instantly made me feel less anxious about in choosing this new provider for a serious condition that plagues me. Within minutes Chelsea took me back to the appointment room and was very courteous and efficient in her duties. The doctor was in Within a few minutes with a smile and outstretched hand. He was equipped with my records, familiar with my case and demonstrated active listening skills. His suggestions and summary were supported by facts not wild guesses that made sense to me. One thing I appreciated was his explanations to all my questions were intelligent and patient. He showed no disregard for my inquisitiveness about my health. Overall, it was an outstanding doctor's visit. I have no hesitancy in returning to nor recommending this doctor and the support staff. 5

Too soon to tell, my first visit with this new provider! Just a meet and greet. My last pulmonologist referred me. Because I didn't like his office location. I didn't feel safe.

Receptionist said I was too late for my appt. She was looking for another appt. time when she realized she was looking at the wrong appt. time so I was only 5 min. late not 20 min. late.

Nothing bad. Dr. Grund more thoroughly talked asthma vs. the COPD. I was afraid before I came to see him & very relieved by the time I left.

This is the first appointment I had with this provider and I thought he was excellent in explaining everything and going over everything with me and I will see this provider at his usual location from now on
Dr. Grund was interested in my condition and I feel I made the correct decision to see him.
