Fix the Health Summary section of MyChart. I'm told I am "overdue" for a bunch of stuff that I've actually taken care of or had done. There's no way to update it. One can only input "Correction[s]" as separate health concerns. But it seems that no provider or monitor ever reads it. It results in annoying mistakes in one's record. Thx

Dr Sears is my pulmpnoligist, just one in my long list of specialists. This visit was in April. I don't remember it that clearly but I know I'm happy with my team.

Dr Sears is the absolute best. He's extremely intelligent, helpful, interested, and the best listener ever. He's one of the best doctors I've ever had.

The inability for the orders placed to be scheduled is dysfunctional and a huge barrier to receiving care with Legacy. This in no way reflects Dr Sears. Its a week later, I have Medicare (no PA) and cannot schedule my PETCT because someone can't check boxes to move the order from in review to in process. Fail.

The team was respectful and friendly, from making the appointment, checking In, to getting ready for the visit, in the exam room. Dr. Sears is at the top of my list of preferred providers. He listened attentively to me, asked questions to make sure we had all of the relevant information and invited a conversation about options to form a plan going forward. I have upmost confidence in Dr. Sears in helping me to pursue resolving the issues which prompted this follow up visit.

Dr. S. Sears is OUTSTANDING. I wish I had the needed attention that I get from him (our first apptt of several, I'm sure) from my "primary" doctor. I don't Have a primary doctor, I have student-doctors (3 separate 'primary' doctor apptts, 3 different student-doctors mentored by rotating doctors, That and because I changed med insurance 1/1/24 and new to Legacy somewhat, greatly complicated receiving assistance as well, as quickly as I would have liked. Dr. Sears has made me feel So Much Better, now that I am under his care. Much appreciated. Can't wait to get my very own primary doctor along w/services of specialists which will definitely include Dr. S. Sears. Thank you.

Dr. Sears is one of my favorite doctors. He treats me as "a whole person" as well as monitoring my medical status. I trust him both as a person and a physician.
