Patient Rating
Legacy wants every patient to have great care, every time. To help measure and improve patient satisfaction, we send surveys to randomly selected patients after their appointments. We use this feedback from the surveys to improve and enhance the care we offer. It works like this: Real patients give us feedback through Press Ganey, a patient satisfaction survey company. They verify and confirm the results. National Research Corporation, an independent company, provides the technology to show the ratings and comments on our website

I was surprised at how helpful this visit was! I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Sears & like my primary Dr. Dr. Sears made me feel understood and that he cared if I found a solution. He left me feeling hopeful.

Dr. Sears explained tests and my condition. And also related it to my past tests & condition. He told me what has improved and what did not. He offered to call my daughter to explain my present condition and followed through with it. He is an excellent doctor who I would like to have to monitor my health in the future.

It was the first time I met this provider. I had previously seen his partner nurse practitioner. I felt he was very prepared to see me - was familiar with my medical records. I like him immediately, very, very pleased to have Dr. Sears involved in my care! And his ENTIRE TEAM.

Dr. Sears is a great doctor. The lung disease I have is pretty rare, most people have never heard of it. I've gone to many doctors in my life and he's the top one I have had. He won my respect by the end of first visit and continues with great health care for me, explaining everything to me as it happens. He genuinely cares about me and my health. He is very thorough, kind & I travel to see him.

I was very impressed with Dr. Sear's observations and care for a mysterious issue I have within my lungs. My physician in the [location removed] wanted me to see a pulmonologist and Dr Jacqueline Dunn then referred me to him.
