About Me:

Tara Pfaff is a Nurse Practitioner at Legacy Medical Group – Firwood. She worked in multiple areas as a registered nurse, including the Emergency Department and Case Management before completing her Master of Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Sonoma State University in 2014. Tara enjoys family practice because she believes there is great benefit in building long lasting and trusting relationships with patients, and the family members who support their care. She aims to understand the needs of her patients by taking the time to listen and get to know each individual. Tara grew up in the Portland area and enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and taking road trips across our beautiful Pacific Northwest.

I was at about 8 on the pain scale in my r. Glute. She prescribed an 4 day course of prednisone. We Also talked about my urinary incontinance. And Pfaff was quick to order a new medication, have a urine sample taken & sent a referral to urology.

I have all the trust in Tara Pfaff anyone could have for a health care provider. She is thorough and always takes the time to meet my Healthcare needs. I think she is amazing and I'm grateful to have her as my primary care.

Tara was exceptional during this past visit. She listened, empathized and expressed concern. She took extra time to assess medical records and recognized a need for follow-up on an unrelated concern.

Dr Pfaff is very professional and allows me to discuss everything I need to related to my health. I also appreciate that she does continued learning to keep up to date with all things medical.

I LOVE MY DR. I've had 3 doctors in my life that I have always been able to talk to, I'm 65 and I will follow her to her next office if she ever leaves. ( I hope she doesn't) The staff all around is totally amazing! I would give this office a 100 % on everything.
