About Me:

Tara Pfaff is a Nurse Practitioner at Legacy Medical Group – Firwood. She worked in multiple areas as a registered nurse, including the Emergency Department and Case Management before completing her Master of Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Sonoma State University in 2014. Tara enjoys family practice because she believes there is great benefit in building long lasting and trusting relationships with patients, and the family members who support their care. She aims to understand the needs of her patients by taking the time to listen and get to know each individual. Tara grew up in the Portland area and enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and taking road trips across our beautiful Pacific Northwest.

I am always treated well, everyone is efficient and good-natured. Love Legacy; they have NEVER let me down . And Firwood branch has been superb from the beginning 14 years ago.

I LOVE MY DR. I've had 3 doctors in my life that I have always been able to talk to, I'm [age removed] and I will follow her to her next office if she ever leaves. ( I hope she doesn't) The staff all around is totally amazing! I would give this office a 100 % on everything.

Everyone in this office is exceptionally nice and accommodating, especially Tara!!! She always remembers personal things about our family and history and caringly follows up with us about what she's learned in the past(even if it's been upwards of a year). She is very attentive and cares for the needs at hand as well!! She is the BEST doctor and you can tell she truly cares about her patients on a high level both personally and professionally!!

Phone is often down and I have to call back several times front desks gals not often friendly and I am a very friendly outgoing person I have had issues in the pass with them not getting my insurance updated I had to give them my information several times in the pass for myself and my kids and I feel they can be nicer to talk to. The nurse and my provider are wonderful that's the only reason I go there.

Reception/check in person didn't seem to be having a good day, very short and lack of feeling. Wasn't rude or anything, but could tell she didn't want to be there
