About Me:

Dr. Dillard is passionate about endocrinology and brings to his patients the most modern and advanced endocrine care available. He feels strongly that health and wellness are multi-dimensional, encompassing traditional medical therapy, diet, exercise, mental and spiritual health. Supporting the whole person across these dimensions is the goal of his practice. Dr. Dillard specializes in thyroid disorders, diabetes mellitus, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, obesity, low testosterone, and osteoporosis, amongst others. An avid athlete, Dr. Dillard has participated in full and half marathons and recently completed his first triathlon. He enjoys hiking and camping as well as music and the arts. Dr. Dillard is active in his spiritual community and regularly practices mindfulness meditation. He is a father and dedicated partner.

The contract issues between Legacy and Regence Blue Cross, and 11th hour arrival at a compromise was extremely stressful for me as all my primary physicians are with Legacy. Letters I received were informative but staff at this appointment had nothing more to add than "we'll know when you know" and that they would provide resources for me to obtain new doctors If necessary. I imagine this is simply how they've been instructed to respond. Switching to a new doctor who honors my insurance is no easy task when you like and trust the doctors you have an established relationship with. This is particularly challenging when you live on the coast and need to travel to Portland for quality medical care.

I have medical issues that sometimes, for ME, need more immediate attention than most Doctors seem willing to deal with, and often just refer me to someone else without attempting to provide any relief or option to mitigate the issue I was referred to them for, or the distress they are creating, while I await yet another appointment with another specialist. It's frustrating and causes me to continue to suffer for longer than I feel necessary.

Dr Dillard is great. He's always patient, kind, and well informed. I feel respected and cared for seven I visit. I have never had a provider who Is as quick to follow up on lab results or as informative in his response to those. I really appreciate him. Everyone in his office is great as well!

Hello there, I arrived on time at the clinic. Their were peoples coming in and out, my appointment was at 1:30 pm I was sitting in the office room for quit sometime wondering when I would be call back. Well I decided to go up to the front desk to asked when will I be able to see the Doctor it's been about 40 or 45mins. Well I kept my patients.I've called ride to care to see what time will will they get to the clinic they said between 4:00pm to 4:30 pm then my ride came.

Dr Dillard did such a great job with asking some questions,physical exam,reading my health history,ordering some lab work and test,talking about my medication history and what kind of medication,at what dose is work for me,teaching me to know what is thyroid nodules,any risk about it ,giving me confidence that he has a great plan for care management for my health.I learned a lot in this visit and he answered my concerns and questions about my health in a very nice and understandable way so I never feel so confident I wish all dr's be like him so experienced,humble,organized,patient,enthusiastic to transfer true medical knowledge to patients to persuade them to take care more of their health.Thank you Doctor Dillard,you are grate!

My visits with this provider are always good. Keep in mind that I am type 1 diabetic, and this provider is a specialist in this field. Although I would recommend to my friends and family to visit this provider, it would only be if they too were diabetic.

Dr. Dillard office is great. Dr. Dillard is very clear and helpful. It just I think I should see him more often for blood test instead of waiting every 6 months. I think I should be monitored every 3 months. Thank you.

The directions to the. Specific office were difficult to follow I suggest that you give out directions to your own office,, not the entire hospital. I was lost in the maize and almost late. I also phoned your office for help and was on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up. Frustrating.

This was my new patient visit with Dr. Dillard. It was one of the most thorough and comprehensive medical appointments I've ever had. Dr. Dillard came prepared, knew my family and medical history, covered wide-ranging topics I didn't even think to bring up or ask about. When he suggested next steps, he clearly explained why he was recommending certain tests, and in a way that involved me in the decision. Nothing was rushed and I had his undivided attention. It was amazing - THIS is what healthcare should looks like all the time! I had to wait six months to secure this appointment, and it was worth the wait to see Dr. Dillard.

The only thing that is frustrating is he only believes in Scientific research and not anything natural that hasn't been proven by science. He has been really kind about me not wanting to take a bunch of immunizations & that I am thankful for. He Is kind and listens and very gentle and you can tell he really cares which means a lot!!!

Dr Dillard is an excellent medical provider who listens, gives options clearly, and tries to troubleshoot issues. I travel twice as far as I need to see him specifically because I know he is thorough and does his very best at caring for his patients.

I really like Dr. Dillard and his staff. They are friendly, curious, and very patient and listen to what a person has to say and when frustrated, they listen and try and help. They don't put you off or think what Is going on with you Is nonsense or all In my head like I have had with some other Drs. Or staff.
