Vanessa is a fantastic health care provider who always listens to gain understanding of what I'm experiencing. She is kind and thoughtful! I feel that my health is important to her. I'm lucky to have her as my primary care provider!!!

Overall good experience. Me and my husbands appointments accidentally got added together due to the office having to reschedule. Dr made a comment about how she doesn't do it and in the future we couldn't schedule appointments like that which wasn't our doing. Appointments were supposed to be separate. But since our apointments got pushed together we were unable to go through all information. Mostly due to scheduling errors. Did feel she was understanding of the issues we were able to cover during the appointment and pointed me in a direction that other providers have not and i'm very grateful to start my healing journey

Staff were all very kind and patient even though there had been a major computer glitch that day affecting all of the systems. They worked through and still were on time and were attentive.

The only negative thing I have to say about this clinic is a nurse sent me a message via My Health telling me I was overdue for a mammogram, but the mammogram she was referring to was not mine.

The doctor and the nurse are excellent. The front desk staffs could use some more guidance and tips on how to deal with a hearing impaired patients a little bit better. Thank you.

Very long wait. Provider distracted and did not examine me adequately. She had told me the first appt last year was for intake and this appt would be for an exam. She basically did NO exam. I am not likely to go to this provider again.

My provider takes time and listens to what I have to say. She gives me options and lets me play apart in my care. I really feel comfortable seeing her.

This was my first visit with Vanessa Monsef (since my doctor retired) and I was very impressed with the knowledge, patience and thoughtful care from Ms. Monsef. She was very detailed oriented and explained valuable information regarding my concerns since I had not seen a doctor since September 30, 2022 (Dr Leland retired.)

I'm so happy that I changed my medical needs to Vanessa Monsef and her support staff at Legacy Med center . I have always been treated with the upmost care and professionalism. Vanessa was clearly not interested in my health needs or listening to my health history. I will be finding a new provider. I'm honestly shocked she's a medical provider. She had a teaching student with her who she treated disrespectfully. She didn't even tell me her name or ensure I was comfortable having her in the room. The entire experience was horrifying.

I was asked for a urine test. I am not happy that this was used as a drug screen. I am a 70 year old female and I don't abuse any kind of medication. I am very unhappy about this.

My spouse and I feel extremely fortunate to have Vanessa Monsef as our Primary Care Provider. She is caring, listens well, is very knowledgeable, and gives great advice as well as referrals to other medical specialists when needed.

I was impressed with how many different concerns Vanessa was able to address in one visit especially because I am a new patient to her with a history of cancer. Vanessa made me feel very understood and comfortable trusting her with my healthcare.

Was sent to Suite 150 for lab and the app at check in said wait time 0 min. Waited >30 min and was told that it'd be another hour. Apparently there's a 2nd floor lab for same day draws after appt that I should've been told to go to instead
