Visiting Us 

Where to park:

Parking is easiest in the parking structure that is attached to the hospital and medical office building by sky bridges.

Where to check-in:

When you schedule your appointment, we will let you know the location.  

Please check in at the information desk located in suite 150 of the Medical Office Building.
 

What to bring:

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any paperwork that your physician provides to the appointment. If you are having an exam that requires a contrast, please bring a list of the medications you are currently taking.

About

Legacy offers 3-D mammograms to all patients because they can reveal more, so cancers are found earlier and more often. Our 3-D technology can find more suspicious tissue without more radiation.

Medicare patients, please note: Some of our clinics are considered "hospital-based" because they share the same licensure with a Legacy hospital. The services or procedures you receive at Legacy's hospital-based clinics may include a facility charge in addition to a physician charge.
