Where to park:
Parking is readily available in adjacent parking garage. Entrance to the Imaging Department is on the second floor of the parking garage.
Where to check-in:
Please check in at the main desk of the Imaging Department, suite 255.
What to bring:
Please bring your insurance card, photo ID and any paperwork that your physician provides to the appointment.

Legacy maintains state-of-the art equipment, which is regularly calibrated and inspected for compliance with national regulations.
