Office was great, but having appointments/results a month+ out.. Better off going elsewhere.

I would recommend Sheldon Fox, I had great experiences with her but my last experience at the hospital would probably make me less likely to recommend Silverton hospital.

Dr. Zastrow is very knowledgeable and informative. I am excited to be under her care. I can tell she does well in her job and will get me to my goal to the best of her abilities.

This was one of the best exam I've had the provider was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to talk to!

Dr. Dalisky is experienced, very caring and listens. He is definitely one of the "old school" doctors who didn't get his degree online. I appreciate his friendly and calming personality and knowledge. He truly cares about me as a person.... Not just a number on a medical file. I wish he would have been my doctor years ago. I truly believe most of my problems could have been avoided. I truly appreciate Dr. Dalisky and the care he provides.

I filled out the paperwork ahead of time and answered questions about my current medications. Maybe it didn't save, but then they asked me the same questions on the paper I filled out upon arrival. Then the first tech asked all the same questions again, that was a little obnoxious. The first two felt like a waste of time.

Mart Tippin has been providing me with care for more than 15 years. She has retired. I have been looking for someone to replace her. Sheldon is now my choice after experiencing others in the Silverton location. I am willing to travel elsewhere to have Sheldon care for me

My appointment was for an annual women's check. This is the first time I saw Sheldon Fox who is a Mid-Wife. I've been seeing a recently retired N.P. (Mary Tippin) for over 10 years. I thought Sheldon was easy to talk to and I really liked her. I didn't think she asked as many questions about my health that are related to somone my age. Like, incontinance, sexual activity, and breast issues. Mary always asked me about these things especially since a woman can have bladder issues as we age. I am fine but these are considerations for a mid-wife seeing an older patient. Having said this, I really liked Sheldon and would see her again. I was hoping the clinic would hire another N.P. Although, Mary would be hard to replace. Thank you for reading my comments.

The staff, nurses and doctor were all friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns and discussed options for my situation.

He was very rude and despite having multiple drs who suggested I had pcos due to having many of the symptoms, he expressed his disbelief of me having the syndrome and told me, in a summarized statement, that my symptoms are due to me being morbidly obese. He didn't preform an exam either.

Felt disrespected declining birth control and vaccines

I had a good experience and I know that if I had any other concerns I can come back and they will help me in the best way possible

Michelle is an INCREDIBLE provider. She listened and validated my concerns and went out of her way - above and beyond to support and get me back to healthy and normal after having my baby. Thank you Michelle!

The only negative experience was ordering food from the cafe at the birthing center. Specifically with a Hispanic women taking orders in the morning who's tone was very short and rude. She made me feel uncomfortable ordering food.

I have never had a bad experience with anyone. I have told everyone they should go see these folks.

I did not have a great experience yesterday. I felt like my concerns were listened to, but I was given a blanket answer of "birth control will fix your problem". And that was it. No other options were discussed, even when I brought up my bad past with BC. When I called and made my appointment, I was clear in that I wanted to get hormone testing done, they said that could be done. When I got to my appointment, I was told that they cannot do that, and basically BC Is my answer. If that testing was not an option (which is fine), I would have loved to explore tests I could get done because my symptoms have been occurring for too long. I don't feel like anything was accomplished I completely wasted my time in this appointment and will not be coming back.

Dr Lori was professional and personal. She gave me great information. I was impressed with how much time she spent with me and how easy she was to talk to.

I had to give my driver's license to the receptionist but she couldn't tell me why, only that it's required every year. This was a bit frustrating. Another receptionist told me it was to prevent fraud but couldn't explain how it actually helps prevent fraud. It might be helpful to provide information to the receptionists so that they know how to fully answer these questions.
