We are a 24-hour behavioral and mental health services center located in the greater Portland area. We provide immediate psychiatric care and a path to recovery for people experiencing a mental health crisis.
Our team of dedicated psychiatric professionals offers compassionate and expert care in a safe environment, including crisis stabilization, crisis intervention, medication management, crisis counseling, social work and family and peer support. Our care navigators create and coordinate ongoing care plans for continuing treatment, with the goal that every individual leaves with a recovery plan already in motion. With this dual approach, we offer real hope for a future free from mental and behavioral health trauma for our patients.

Since opening our doors in 2017, Unity Center for Behavioral Health has cared for more than 22,000 people in our community. Today, Unity Center is a critical pillar of the local social services system, and the one place all patients, particularly those who have few alternatives, can count on for help.
