Confusion between Wellness Exam and Physical. The definition between the clinic and myself were not clear. Also, the Wellness Exam has some sermingly absurd requirements. Sections are vague and do not take in account of any conditions a patient might have, making the care giver come to some conclusions that have little relivance.

After waiting for an hour. my visit was very comprehensive and informative. So even though the visit lasted close to 2 hours, I was pleased with the care I received.

Dr. Abreu is an excellent doctor! She takes the time to listen and care and is there for me when needed. Dr. Abreu always treats me with dignity and respect.

My dr. is great but I am having a BP problem and need to get it resolved - Received Rx I cannot take but unable to get an appoint for reevaluation of Rx until 5 weeks later. Meanwhile BP still hi.

Just that she always seems to be running late and I hate to have to make my appointments at the beginning of the year just to get in by June/July.

Dr A is competent but I wish she would be more prepared when she enters the room. This is the second time I've put this in a follow up survey from appointments with her. She states it is because the EMRs are hard to get information from. I get that, however, I'm still expecting a provider to be prepared prior to walking in to the exam room.

I am so glad that my prior doctor Dr. Delgado referred me to Dr. Abreu. I feel comfortable talking to her about my concerns and she listens and takes action in helping me with my health concerns.

Heidi has been an excellent doctor for me. My diabetic care had been lacking by my previous doctor & my medication wasn't sufficient enough to keep my blood sugar under control. Heidi's treatment & knowledge is wonderful and I have so much more confidence in her. I hope she stays for awhile at the clinic, as I have had a difficult time finding a doctor that gives me he care I need -

I waited over an hour to be seen, provider forgot to fill my prescription, when I called a few hours later to follow up, she forgot again, I called at 4:30 and was told she would try to do it before the end of the day, I ended up having to call 3 times the next day and finally a covering provider sent the prescription i needed.

this Dr. did not do a complete exam. looked at my throat & she was done. did not:look in my earslisten to my lungsexamine my throat glandsI feel this was very poor service. I have asthma & feel a more thorough exam was warranted.

The Dr and staff were friendly and amazing. Laurie Rumbaugh is my primary care and she's just the greatest so for that reason alone I didn't get the in call Dr. a ten. I did have one comment- I was waiting for a call back on my strep test and no one called me. I was getting worried because the office was closing in ten minutes so I called back and apparently it was positive and a prescription was called in and no one called to tell me. I was a little irritated (probably because of my fever and pain) but they were busy and squeezed me in last minute and for that I'm really grateful!

this was the initial appt after my regular provider Monica Henderson left. I felt she was rushing me and did not have a thorough review of my background history prior to walking in the room. I was disappointed because, I am also in health care and I believe as a healthcare professional, it is best practices protocol to review patients charts prior to each visit.
