About Me:
Dr Barmada specializes in pediatric orthopedic conditions effecting the spine, upper and lower extremities. He starting practicing at Legacy in Portland in 2002 and has been named a “Top Doctor” many times by his peers in Portland Monthly. He has considerable surgical experience and has treated a wide variety of pediatric and adult orthopedic problems since 2002. Special interests include spinal deformities (scoliosis), fractures, hip problems (dysplasia), and knee (patellar) disorders. “I have been fortunate to spend my career serving the Portland Metro region and beyond. Building strong patient/family relationships and their trust, and watching many of my patients grow up, has been most gratifying.” Dr Barmada enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and appreciates all types of outdoor activities, especially those involving his bicycles.
