About Me:
Dr Keene has interests in collaborating with patients to find behavioral strategies to help manage chronic health conditions such as chronic pain or diabetes, providing brief evidenced based treatments for mental health concerns, and offering treatment for substance use disorders. Dr Keene values understanding patient's individual goals and the context of their life to collaboratively help them purse their most meaningful life and health. Outside of work, Dr Keene enjoys hiking with friends and family, playing board games, and reading very long books.

Training:
Dr Keene earned a bachelor's degree from The University of South Carolina. He received a doctorate in clinical psychology from Pacific University after completing a clinical psychology internship at the American Lake VA Medical Center and is currently completing his final year of training, under the supervision of Dr Juliette Cutts, PsyD, before independent licensure.
Dr Keene has additional clinical experience in community mental health, family medicine, and pain management settings. He joined LMG Tualatin in October 2025.
