About Me:

Alyx Ayer is a board-certified nurse practitioner with Legacy Medical Group - Palliative Care. Alyx graduated from University of Illinois Chicago, where she received her Doctorate in Nursing from the Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from University of Kentucky. Alyx has worked in various acute care settings throughout her career and is passionate about providing guidance and support for patients and families as they navigate serious illness. Originally from Ohio, she is happy to call Portland her new home. In her free time, Alyx enjoys spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers, ceramics, running, and exploring all the beauty Oregon has to offer.
