About Me:

Hello! I'm a licensed clinical social worker and behavioral health provider at the Legacy St. Helens clinic. I work with everybody here and help out with a couple different things: diagnostics (what's going on), advocacy, coordinating care, counseling around emotional & physical health, and referrals tailored to meet patient needs. There are lots of reasons why people come to see me: support reaching a wellness goal, worries, memory concerns, low motivation, parenting, getting along with others, and being kind to ourselves. No issue is too big or too small :) I am a good person to go to if you don't know who to go to. I see folks of all ages. If you're a patient of the St. Helens clinic, then we are able to meet. You can contact your primary doc for a referral. I'm a native of Baltimore, MD and joined this clinic in 2021. I have felt very welcomed by the St. Helens community. I look forward to meeting you!
