I am insured through Regence Blue Cross for my part D. I am very upset with the attitude of Legacy in the current negotiations. I rely so heavily on Legacy for my Healthcare and it would be very costly for me to change insurance. This issue is causing me anxiety and massive concern. The executive's in charge of this negotiation need to consider their patients. Please don't leave us with the choice to change providers I need

Very smooth and quick checkin. My visit with Dr. Gay and her nurse Kelly was so appreciated. They always are so helpful, know my medical history, and have very good ideas about how to address my needs or concerns. I do not live near the clinic but I continue to remain a patient there because I love my Doctor, her nurse, and the staff.

Dr Gay was agitated that I had 4 questions at this appointment and Informed me that I would pay extra if we talked about them and the receptionist should have told me so before seeing her. I had to agree with that so they could bill me. I am very confused on why and when you can ask a question and what type of appointment I need to make In the future I would appreciate an explanation of what I should expect on the future.

We discussed several things that would help me that my provider has learned about but it's not covered by insurance currently which is frustrating. But the frustration is not with the provider as I appreciate that she is learning new things but with insurance and our health care system l.

Dr. Gay is a good doctor. She provides me with what she feels is in my best interest. She is tight with pain medication and it can be frustrating when I am in pain. I need to remember that she is just acting in my best interest. Tylenol and Ibuprofen seem to be her go to medications. They usually work after a few days without the side effects of pain medication. She is a very conservative physician and that is usually positive.

THIS OFFICE EXCELLS IN EVERY AREA!! I AM DELIGHTED TO HAVE A PHYSICIAN WHO LISTENSCAREFULLY AND IS KNOWLEDGEABLE & KIND. I'VE GONE THROUGH SEVERAL DOCTORS TO FIND HER. I AM A COMPLICATED PATIENT BUT THIS DR. IS UP TO THE CHALLENGE.

I have never had a bad experience. The entire staff has always been polite and helpful. Dr Gay's assistant, Kelly, is very polite, helpful and caring. She is an asset for Dr Gay. Dr Gay is a great Physician.

Dr Gay is the best. She really listens to what you are saying, she's kind, and never do I feel she is rushing the visit. Her nurse is super as well!!
