About Me:

My goal is to educate patients to be able to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle to prevent disease over the course of their lifetime. Good medicine is about prevention. I try to do this by building relationships with my patients. Broadway Medical Clinic is the perfect place for this to happen. It's a friendly caring place with a family atmosphere and we have good staff and on site services to support the physicians. My particular area of interest is in preventive medicine, women's health and cardiovascular medicine. Outside of the office I am involved in the Susan G Komen Medical Advisory Committee, and previously participated in the governor appointed Task Force on Clinical Breast Exams; I've served as the President for Providence Portland Medical Staff, have been a repeat participant in the hood to coast relay and a finisher at the Portland Marathon. I like to walk, read, playing the piano and flute and spending time with my family.
