Annie Slone is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Master of Nursing degree at Boise State University. As a nurse practitioner, she takes a holistic approach to patient care, establishing strong therapeutic relationships with open communication and trust. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and dog (Lulu).
