About Me:
Ari Robert Tallen, MD is a critical care anesthesiologist as part of Oregon Anesthesiology Group. He joined the anesthesiology team with Legacy Emanuel after completing residency at University of Chicago and further critical care training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Tallen is also a member of the Legacy Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) and Critical Care Transport team. Dr. Tallen has a special interest in use of advanced mechanical support and use of echocardiography. He enjoys caring for of a wide range of patients at Legacy Emanuel, from healthy day surgeries to critically ill patients in need of advanced treatment and monitoring. When not caring for patients in the hospital he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cycling, and swimming.
