About Me:

Dr. Higa is a behavioral health clinician (BHC), clinical psychologist, and the manager of integrated behavioral health for Legacy. She sees patients at LMG- Lake Oswego. Additionally, she supports BHCs throughout LMG. She has worked in integrated behavioral health as a clinician, faculty member, consultant, and director of behavioral health since 2012. Dr. Higa has a special interest in women's care, aging and memory concerns, and child and adolescent behavioral health. She loves being in family medicine and providing full spectrum behavioral health care within a primary care clinic. She believes that all people are doing the very best they can with the tools they have and that it is her role to provide patients with the tools they need to reach their goals. Dr. Higa enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
