The folks at the front desk, the MAs, Dr. Christine and Dr. Thacker are absolute gems the trans community have always wanted and need in a world where transphobia and dehumanization is on the rise. I was treated with dignity, respect, and above everything else, treated like a human being in a medical setting. Both Dr. Christine and Dr. Thacker are knowledgeable doctors. My results are incredible and I definitely recommend these folks to anyone seeking gender affirming care.

It took me over a year to get my appointment even scheduled. Nobody would call me back or would get the run around. Then because it had been over a year, had to start all over again w/ having to get another referral & approved for insurance. After months, finally went through, got appt & went in. From the start the Nurse/PA was rude, short & seemed just annoyed to be in the same room as me. Not sure if she was having a bad day but it came across very disrespectful & unkind. Lastly, provider visit was ok to start off but become quickly apparent she had no interest in actually helping me. That my complex rare disease & complications associated with it - she didn't want to touch me or have any interest in trying to look into things deeper, to find a better resolution. Very disappointed from start to finish. Not the kind of care I'd expect. I've had a couple really good experiences with Legacy over the last few years but overall, my experiences with Legacy have been extremely poor. I try to avoid going to any Legacy provider or have procedures down at your hospitals. Know everyone is burnt out & short staffed. Legacy needs to provide more staffing opportunities & provide your employees with the necessary resources & support to them. So that patient care & employee moral is much higher. Hope this info will be taken under real review & Legacy make much improvements. The big executives & upper management need to stop making decisions that make these issues worst & worst - please & thank you
