Very data driven, clinical, impersonal visit. Dr. Bordley seemed impatient and a bit uninterested when I questioned his remarks and/or recommendations.

The doctor was extremely through and did not seem at all rushed.

Have trouble communicating with Dr. B. - don't know if he is shy or doesn't like me.

ALL of my office visits with Dr Bordley have been very pleasant. I am at total ease and comfort with him. He is kind. attentive. thorough and especially helpful in resolving any issues i may have. My ENTIRE care team of drs are like this! But i have to say it is Dr Bordley that I feel the greatest connection with. I honestly feel he has my best interest at heart conserning my health issues. And i trust him completely!

Dr. Bordley and his team inspire total confidence. He's the only dr. I'm actually glad to see! I feel blessed to have a pulmonologist - my regular physician is not enough to correctly handle all that COPD care entails.

Dr. Bordley took time to explain things very clearly. He understood and was compassionate to the fear of possible "worst case" diagnosis as we ruled them out. They responded/treated me in a very timely, compassionate, professional manner.

Dr. B does not communicate well - was not clear on meds - could have been breathing better 6 months ago. No bedside manner at all.

Everything was just fine except when I needed a blood draw, I couldn't get one because "I didn't have an appointment" I really think COVID is a cop out for that reasoning. I traveled 2 hours for this appointment and I couldn't get a 5 minute blood draw, that is has in the past been a walk in service. So guess what, I get to go without! I'm pissed! I can not keep taking time off work for something that is going to take 5 minutes. This is poor service in my opinion and they will NEVER get my $ again, I will go somewhere else before I go there.
