About Me:

Studies have shown that up to 75% of primary care visits include emotional and social health components. As an integrated behavioral health clinician, Dr. Pugh is part of the clinic’s team of providers, working collaboratively to offer patient-centered care for the patients' overall health and well-being. She helps address mental health and substance use, health behaviors that contribute to chronic medical illnesses, and many more. Dr. Pugh has a special interest in women's health, aging and cognitive changes, and is a certified intuitive eating coach. When not at work she is reading, spending time with her dogs and cat, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
