About Me:

Dr. Zwart holds a B.A. in Biology from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, and a medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Southern California. He completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery also at Loma Linda University, finishing in 2007. Dr. Zwart recognizes the importance of patient education and strives to ensure that his patients leave the office with a clear understanding of their medical condition. His general otolaryngology practice includes diagnosis and treatment of nasal problems such as sinusitis, nosebleeding, and obstruction. He also treats ear problems such as trapped fluid, hearing loss and cerumen impaction. He sees children and adults with large tonsils causing sleep apnea and snoring, and chronic tonsillitis. Dr. Zwart is married and has three children. He enjoys golf, skiing, waterslides and all types of roller coasters.
