Great provider. Kind, caring, compassionate. Was left in exam room for 20 minutes at end of appointment waiting for release. Finally just walked out. Please give end of visit instructions to patients. This was a new location and provider, and end of visit protocol was unclear.

The only complaint I'd have is that I have one little medical issue that the staff doesn't exactly know how to help with - they just recommended going to the emergency room if it flares up really badly.

I had my first appointment to see an OBGYN as I just found out I'm pregnant. I felt like everyone was congratulating me as if I was the millionth person that they HAD to congratulate that day. Not the experience I want for my first visit. The ultrasound tech didn't bother to explain anything to me. I mean nothing. Not that the monitor would be displaying the ultrasound, not that she would be applying an uncomfortable amount of pressure, not even when she was applying the gel. She barely told me the baby had a heartbeat. It was get in and get the hell out! When I met with Kristen she was nice but definitely made me uncomfortable because I'm not vaccinated against Covid. I'm sure that she can not make any recommendations to anything that is not tested during pregnancy but every question I asked and advice I needed I was met with "Its not pregnancy tested." So if I can't get advise from an OBGYN then I guess I have to do all my own research. This visit was disappointing and I left feeling worried and anxious. Instead of overjoyed.

She did not help with the reason why I was there. I have to come back again. I don't understand why she just didn't look at the ultrasound pictures to help her see where my iud was. I also don't know why she didn't look at my chart to see what I've had done recently instead of trying to test me again. And suggesting someone else come in to help her take out my iud.. I also don't understand why I couldn't just get the ultrasound and see the doctor all In one day why did I have to make 2 different appointments but now I have to do them both again. now Its convenient to do them at the same time. This Is wasting Insurance money and my time.

When I got to the clinic the lady that checked me in was not friendly to me at all. I understand that they are busy but that should not be a factor in how you treat patients.
