This office visit was very satisfactory. The front office staff was thorough and the MA was very friendly and thorough. No stress visit. This was my first visit with this doctor. I left feeling comfortable with the information he provided. He answered questions, provided information and instructions, and did not make me feel that he had to rush through the appointment to move onto a new patient.

Scheduling appointments through Legacy is painfully old fashioned. Why should I have to call? I should be able to go online and schedule an appointment. Also, I would like to be able to accomplish more through email.

My April visit was my first time at this Legacy Clinic and to meet Dr. Valencia, so my responses were difficult to respond to.

This was the first time I had seen this doctor. I moved up here from Eugene and needed to find a new regular doctor. It took me 5 months to get an appointment, which I considered was too long. I think this doctor will be a good fit and I am transferring my records to him and we will meet again in a month. Some scores were lower just because this is the first time I had met him.

Dr. Valencia and his team are incredibly responsive to my health concerns while still being thoughtful and precise. The check-in process was easy and efficient, preparation with the nurse was comfortable, and the encounter with Dr. Valencia was thoughtful and comprehensive. I really felt listened to, and as though he was able to anticipate the next steps and explain them to me clearly.

I was told to arrive at 7:40 a.m. The office door didn't open until 8:00 a.m.. I stood outside the door for 20 minutes. Other than that, I was very happy with my visit.

The office staff were riendly and helpful. Rather than what I was hopin for was told to rfefer to the internet and on another subject ask my insurance.

This was a new visit to establish PCP care. Dr Valencia was an excellent listener and gave good recommendations for care based on my conditions and age. He was honest, fun and respectful.

Getting sooner appointments is very tough and hard and provider ( Doctor) needs to provide sufficient time.

My experience was fine. This was my first visit with this provider. My PCP is retiring and we need to find a new primary provider. Additionally, Legacy is complicating the entire procedure because they cannot come to an agreement. As a result, we are not even sure at this point we will be able to come back to this clinic.

There was no exam either than to listen to my breathing. I also had goey discharge eye concerns as well as swollen painful glands in my neck. Neither were checked.

This was a first visit because our 20-yr relationship with Dr Borden ended with his leaving. We are very impressed and happy with Dr Valencia and the clinic staff after this initial visit. This survey says"My Chart". I have been using "My Health" even though I don't like the system - just one more way to keep the patients from seeing their doctors. My Chart vs My Health ??????

Everyone was friendly, helpful, waiting time minimal. That is a positive thing for me.Dr was a bit outdated in current recommendations but did refer me to specialists if I had questions or concerns. It would be nice if he was knowledgeable and could encourage a visit with experts.
