The medical assistant/nurse was great. I sawDr box for a new patient consultation and was attentive to my needs and answered my questions the best he knew how. Recommend blood work to get a baseline for my chart to help with my health needs.

We were standing in line waiting to be checked in. One girl was already assisting a patient and two other ladies were just talking and saw us standing in line. I thought that was rude they ignored us. The one lady to the left (as you look at the reception desk) was working and she's always helping people. The other two have done that before . Dr box is awesome! My son likes his as his Dr and I honestly debated changing over to him but for my girl things I'd rather have a woman do my Pap smears. I am thankful for the dr that Dr Box is! Please keep him in your clinic

I spoke with the provider about either pain clinic or pain contract he said he would do a ping contract I've made two appointments it's not happening either appointment he totally skips around it wants to take me off anxiety meds that have worked for me in the past he wants to take me off of them he wants to try other things that I've already tried to explain doesn't work he wanted to put me on Suboxone I shared my concerns about it so at that point he pretty much made me feel like he wasn't willing to do anything that he had already said he would do in his message to me on my chart on 11/11 I'm very unhappy with him I don't feel that he's there to help me through what I'm going through and he says his that he has my help and wants me to live without pain to the best of my ability and I do not feel that that is correct he doesn't look to see what my allergies are before he prescribe something I tell him that something makes me sick when I take it meaning throwing up he still wants me to take it I just don't feel that he has his patience interest and mine it's what he wants or it's nothing

Really like Dr Box. He's new to use but he is the first doctor since my childhood doctor that takes a good amount of time to discuss the issue I was having and asked if there was anything else I needed to ask him. I really think my wife and I lucked out getting him as our retirement-age physician.

If they live close . . . Because the Dr.Marty was a cool dude. It took a long time to get a visit as a new patient (Luckily my old doc in Idaho kept my prescriptions going.

I messaged Dr. Box asking if he wanted labs ordered. I never received any response. He had his staff order the labs, but no one let know. Thus no lab results were available for him during my diabetes follow up exam. Tests were done afterwards.

Dr Box came into the exam room and. Started asking questions and giving answers. Added medicines and deleting some. Had already done lab work so he knew that history. Over all very sharp and knowledgeable doctor. Very caring person

I have been around Dr's since I went to nursing school at 18 years of age. Dr. Box is kind, listened and wanted to know about "me" before even looking at chart on computer. He understood my hip pain issues due active life style and DID something about the pain. Injection set up same week for bursitis. I have told others about my hip, back pain, and seems like I was to accept the pain due to Old age! He reviewed my labs and saw my concern about elevated lipids. He took care of that also. He's truly a great asset to Legacy. I'm so happy to find him and feeling better due to his care.

Dr. Box listened to me and was very caring and thoughtful; it never felt rushed. I felt seen and heard, which is super important to me. He treated me with respect. He even asked what he could do to help me, as I was going through a challenging time. Also, it was clear that he is very accepting of everyone! I would highly recommend him.

Caring team. They are on top of getting medical records. They ask questions about specialist that I have. Staff is very nice. Good bedside manor. They truly care about their patients physically and mentally. Very good staff at Woodburn Legacy.
