Dr. Hebert and her staff were courteous and professional throughout the visit, even though I was a little late due to construction along the route. Dr. Hebert was not familiar with the supplement I am taking, but hopefully she took some time to research it. The entire staff was sensitive to my medical needs and was particularly flexible with the billing for the visit.

Visits are great in that I am very well cared for, considering my health issues. The Patient Portal is the greatest way of running issues by my doctor or getting issues into my record that I would forget about between visits. The portal gives my doctor a much more complete history of my health. I can also check it when I forget how I mistreated to one med or another.

My only complaint is the doctor's office number was not specified on the appointment. It only said: Woodburn Health Center. It is a little disconcerting to have search for the doctor in a whole building

New doctor to me. I am very happy with her. Old doctor moved. I needed to replace. So happy with finding Dr Hebert.

No bad experiences. I, however, would like to have a physical exam rather than just answer questions about my health and review of my lab tests. Also would be good to have recommendations for good health at my age of 86. Ie: wear compression socks. One of the good things is the references to specialists made for apparent health Issues.

This was my first visit with this provider as I am changing to a new primary care Dr. I have been going to the same Dr for over 20 yrs. I needed someone closer to where I live, my former Dr was in east Portland.

Timothy is always excellent, he listens to all my concerns and has excellent follow through. I feel I have a voice in my care, and I recommended him to family.

Over all good. Only wait time in lobby was a bit long as well as somebody showing up and registering after me was called in before me.

I highly respect Dr. Rumbaugh and appreciate having her for my primary care physician. However, she was moved to a different city, and reduced her hours. It is difficult as a senior to have to drive to a different city to see her. In addition with her reduced hours, it can take months to get an appointment with her.

J. Walker is an excellent professional doctor with a caring and sensitive demeanor. She listens carefully to me and assesses my needs accordingly. Dr. Walker has a beautiful personality and has a nice bedside manner.

She came in with a annoyed attitude and disregarded some of my concerns regarding my overall health. She didn't do a physical checking both my breasts or armpits. She only checked one and said she'll worry about later. I told her I passed a clot after spotting for three weeks, 3 days after my period finished and she said it was probably a miscarriage, even though I just had my cycle a few days before. She told me I had hashimotos diseases that she could see from my last blood drawn but I NEVER received a call regarding that. I'm not a medical professional to understand the results when I see it on my chart. She did take care of a couple things I have a issue with, but I felt disregarded overall and felt she was annoyed to be there. Its not like I was looking forward to getting a pap smear at 8am either. I will not be coming here for my next gynecology appointment.

Dr Saytre is not our regular doctor, but she saw us & helped with attending to us & dressing wound.

I was approached by a non-patient in the waiting room who wanted me to pray with him which made me extremely uncomfortable. I reported it staff. I feel there should be security screening when people enter the building, and security should be available and visible when an incident occurs.

Dr. Broyhill is without a doubt the best doctor that I've ever had. She is very attentive and very aware of all my medical conditions and medical history, and always makes the appropriate recommendations and referrals for treatments and tests. I have complete trust in the care that she provides for me.As an example, in her efforts to determine a possible cause and treatment for my recent short-term memory loss, she discovered that I'd had a "significant stroke" which was likely the cause of my partial paralysis and possibly my short-term memory loss. That stroke occurred 53 years ago, but not one of my previous doctors was aware of it and always assumed that the partial paralysis of my right side was due to a spinal injury which occurred at that time.I wish all my doctors would have been as attentive and thorough as Dr. Broyhill. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. ( I wish my husband could have had her as his doctor)

Just wish my Dr would listen to me on what helps with issues. I have chronic sinusitis that appears about twice a year. What ONLY WORKS Is prescribed a "Z pack", Prednisone, and cough syrup with codeine for the cough from post nasal drip........She only gave me an antibiotic which was NOT a "Z pack" and it only helped a little but did not do the job the other things do..........Drs should listen to what works!!!!!

Dr Walker was dismissive of my concerns and initially refused to help me. Her suggestions were all for things that had already been tried and proved ineffective. She said my records were incomplete and she did not see that I had previously seen a specialist for my issue. I had to insist before she agreed to prescribe pain meds and yes I know they are dangerous but chronic pain at this point is having a deleterious effect on my mental health and my sleep. I'm glad I get to see my regular provider next time. I could not get in to see Dr Rumbaugh until July 10 so they had me see Dr Walker. 10/10 would not recommend. So rude.

Asked to arrive 15 mins early plus a wait to see dr made me wonder why come early

I wasn't impressed, prescriptions were ordered incorrectly and I have to wait to get the correct amount until later this month. I sent a message through to My Health and they couldn't even get that right!

I have been seeing Dr. Broyhill for 10+ years and I always liked her but in the last couple years when I talked about weight game and struggle to lose weight it didn't feel like I was being heard. It felt like she had opinions about weightloss that she put on me and made assumptions about me and my efforts that were totally off base. Made me feel like she was dismissing me. I have never experienced that treatment from anyone in my life and I am currently looking for a different primary care physician.

I find Tim Ericson easy to talk to about health issues.

Dr Rumbaugh has been my PCP for 4 years. She has always been thorough, thoughtful and attentive! I'm very thankful that she is my PCP!

The visit itself was very good. It is just very difficult to get a timely appointment with any provider in the legacy system. I had an ER visit in April where I needed follow up care with a specialist. I had to see primary care first and had to settle for the NP. Then waited 2 more weeks to see GP for follow up and referral. So three weeks after the ER visit I had a referral in hand but can't get in until 7/18.

Doctors today do not spend as much time or check as many things as they did 50 years ago. Today it's mostly blood test and a minimal of actual checks during the visit. Maybe I'm too old to appreciate modern practices.

Provider listened to my answers to her questions. And answered knowledgeably to any questions I had. I have already recommended this practitioner to my neighbors.

I did not feel like the physician was interested in my concern about the pain I was experiencing..

I requested to be put on a waiting list for my recent appointment; however, they would send me an email, and I do not always check my email, so when I called, the appointment to get an earlier appt was not available. After the 2nd email, I called the office and requested a text message and the staff said they would change that info on the website. When I got the third message about an earlier appt with Dr. Satre, I got an email, not a text message. I finally gave up on getting an earlier appt than 5/14. Apparently, the office staff is limited. When I saw Dr. Golden, I always receive a call about getting an earlier appt, and I guess the office is having staff shortages. I was very frustrated in not getting an earlier appt thatn 5/14.

I've been seeing them for many years I've never been disappointed , they treat me with respect and give me the information I need.

Trouble getting the first appointment as new patient for primary care physician.

Receptionist were beyond rude. There were three this day and seven of us standing in line while two just hid behind their monitors doing who knows what. Until the person in front of me coughed, one of the receptionist decided to acknowledge us. I'm not racist, but continue to hire hispanics that don't give a rip is not and will not help your cause.

Doctor was very sarcastic and I did not feel comfortable with her , will definitely switch providers .

The nursing assistant wiped my freshly lanceted bloody finger with the gauze, then thoroughly with her glove before taking the sample. She then removed the gauze before leaving the room and proceeded to rub the wound with the same gloved finger to check if it was still bleeding.

I live in Keizer as do most of my friends so the clinic at Inland Shores was more convenient; driving to Woodburn is not. For that reason, I'm reluctant to recommend Legacy Health to Salem/Keizer friends seeking primary care. Otherwise, Legacy Health Center In Woodburn is nice and I like Dr. Rumbaugh.

I did wait quite a while before the Dr came in, but she also took her time with me and answered all my questions. This was my first visit with the Dr. I did have a bit of trouble with the e check in. The X-ray tech was also very good, his name was Jim.

Dr Satre shows great personal concern ad is very knowledgeable about my health care needs. She is very proactive, In recommending solutions that are practical and helpful for me. I feel she gives me her undivided attention and always spends sufficient time in caring for my needs.

The only issue is my doctor with legacy moved from my area to another town 17 miles away.

Having a complex Health diagnosis and health problems, 15 minutes is not enough time very stressful afyer using my last providers Internal Medicine Office has been very scary for me. Because the blood pressure etc time takes away from the "15" minutes allowed I am left with 5-7 minutes,,,,! My Insurance is charge Over $400,00 for this time that is almost $1,200.00 and hour I am accustom to spending 40 miniatures but usually more every 3 weeks to keep up with my health, Also the Inability to call her office directly to speak to someone that actually knows what is going on is another stress,,, Seems Like Legacy is just into processing patients as cattle then actually caring about a patients needs, sad, This provider is sniffled to be herself and give care, she is a very Nice Dr. But in my opinion has to work In the Confines that someone who Is Not a Doctor decides the time allotments for patients needs. I am not a time slot I am a human being with a body that has not been the best model..So yes I need more time, my ability to get across or understand complex health concerns has Lessen, since I have had a bad bout of COVID during the pandemic and have been diagnosed with "Long COVID" .I have MS and I can tell you the fatigue ,brain fog and the list goes on is far worse since this.Thank you for asking.

We were standing in line waiting to be checked in. One girl was already assisting a patient and two other ladies were just talking and saw us standing in line. Was disappointed that she wouldn't answer all my medical concerns, said she had other patients waiting and needed to go, for me to make an appointment for any other questions I had, I needed to ask about numbness in fingers and right arm, plus 2 or 3 other health questions. My blood work was gone over with me and that is always appreciated. I was listened to regarding my struggle with anxiety and depression. Very black & white logical reasons for it but still need a little help in getting on top of that. Increased my paroxetene and non- addictive RX. She is an exellent doctor, but she refused to give me disability even she knew my pain was real. I had nine buldged disk, I was in sever pain, day and night, she said I had to go back to work. She can be a doctor with no feelings.Oregon created short term disability for people who need it and NOT JUST BECAUSE.

First time seeing Dr. Broyhill as my PCP is out. Dr. Broyhill was friendly entering and so easy to talk with. She was straight forward and when asked about a certain surgery she simply said I don't know about this surgery. Super impressed with her honesty. Thisis a fairly me surgery and I can't find much even online. While my doctor is out for a period, I'm hoping I'll see Dr. Broyhill should I have a medical need. My wife and I both really liked her and the knowledge and direction she gave me to deal with my ongoing pain while still seeing my Neuro surgeon and pain doctor.

I spoke with the provider about either pain clinic or pain contract he said he would do a ping contract I've made two appointments it's not happening either appointment he totally skips around it wants to take me off anxiety meds that have worked for me in the past he wants to take me off of them he wants to try other things that I've already tried to explain doesn't work he wanted to put me on Suboxone I shared my concerns about it so at that point he pretty much made me feel like he wasn't willing to do anything that he had already said he would do in his message to me on my chart on 11/11 I'm very unhappy with him I don't feel that he's there to help me through what I'm going through and he says his that he has my help and wants me to live without pain to the best of my ability and I do not feel that that is correct he doesn't look to see what my allergies are before he prescribe something I tell him that something makes me sick when I take it meaning throwing up he still wants me to take it I just don't feel that he has his patience interest and mine it's what he wants or it's nothing

I had an awful experience with Dr. Walker. I was not being listened too. She did not want to provide the care I needed. She is also fat phobic, when I brought up my weight instead of referring me to a dietitian/nutritionist she wanted to put me on weight loss medication and have gastric surgery. I came in on 1/12/2024 to speak about my overall health and what changed I can do so we could start planning on adding another child to our family and said she would not help me with my weight and it's not "normal" to come in for this. Will not be returning to legacy, I will go back to "the castle on the hill" as Dr. Walker rudely called it when I mentioned all my previous births/primary care were at OHSU.

Dr. Walker asked me several questions about my health needs and made recommendations according to my answers. She looked me in the eyes and and verified that I understood what her concerns were. She appeared to genuinely care about my health.

Really like Dr Box. He's new to use but he is the first doctor since my childhood doctor (I'm 66) that takes a good amount of time to discuss the issue I was having and asked if there was anything else I needed to ask him. I really think my wife and I lucked out getting him as our retirement-age physician.

I couldn't have expected attention to my health concerns and look forward to this relationship with my new PCP...I feel I will receive the care I have needed for moving forward.

First I'd like to mention that a requirement from this health care facility is to show up 15 mins before regular scheduled appt time. How is it a requirement when my actual appointment was scheduled for 9 am? So just to get in to see my dr for this appt I waited 45 mins to see her! How does that really work?? As a patient it's very much ridiculous to require patients to show up early and wait for however long it takes to get in to see their Dr! That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Should all patients have to wait extended wait times' Not all people are the same and there are a lot of us that respect showing up on time is mandatory by the healthcare requirements!

I have been taking Pain Medication For Years For Chronic Pain From 5 Cervical and 5 Lumbar Surgeries. I'm Being Told The Clinic Doesn't Do Pain Medication After Being Given Pain Meds For over 6 years at the Legacy Clinic In Keizer By Dr. Gutierrez. Dr. Rumbaugh sent me to a pain specialist who recommended I continue taking pain meds at a higher dose but again was told the Clinic in Woodburn told Dr. Rumbaugh she could not do that I was referred to another Doctor at Woodburn fir some other medication that I have no intention of taking and my pain condition is not being taken seriously. I am very discouraged by the refusal in light of my condition to provide proper care in the long term. I have tried speaking to a patient advocate but I'm not able to get a timely response and I'm feeling like my condition is not being taken Seriously or in a manner that shows concern for my needs.

it was good. My primary care Dr. Left Legacy in June and I was unable to get a new one. I needed some refills on some RX'S Dr Rumbauch didn't have an appt. Until April but she put me in because she felt she could not refill any Rex without seeing me. I think that shows she is a very a very conscientious doctor.

Dr walker is very respectful of patients input and offers excellent solutions.

This was my first visit with Dr. Rumbaugh at her new clinic assignment. Her new clinic does not add to her performance. The urinalysis sample was given by her new MA who left me with insufficient info on where to place it when I finished. When I asked another woman in the clinic she advised me "just set it on the counter there" motioning to a lab=type counter. I can only assume the integrity of the specimen was as it should have been handled. The clinic itself just is impersonal and cold feeling. My Dr. Is still above average, its just the new location for her is disappointing. I'm sure her new clinic assignment was necessary, but just disappointing.

Never a bad experience! Dr Read and her nurse, Karen, are a really great team! I always feel like they have my best interest at heart. I love Dr Read! She really appears to care about me and seems to recommend something new to help me with an issue I might have.

Dr rumbaugh is the best provider I have ever had. I haven't changed doctors even though I love more than 45 minutes away because I feel like she pays attention to my care needs in the way no other doctor has in the past

Jamey Walker was horrible doctor. I wanted to see my doctor. Told ny urgent care to see my Dr. Dr Rumbaugh. Offered 3 different appts w/1 doctor, 1 PA & this Dr Walker. The first 2 conflicted with other Dr appts I had, so couldn't take. Then gave me this Dr Walker who was 10 days later. Because Walker had an attitude from the time she entered the room, she was so snotty & poor care. I ask when left the receptionist I described above, for an appt with my Dr, Dr Rumbaugh. I have a standing appt with Dr Rumbaugh in Feb. This lady said there were no appts with Dr R until Feb. Said, nothing indicated from this day visit to Walker, that I needed to be seen by Dr R. She was like a road block & wouldn't give me an appt with Dr R. She was a snot also. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER SEE THIS DR WALKER, AGAIN. She refused to look at my medical records & threw her hand up In air. Like she had no access to my records. She's right there In Dr R office. So, she has to be able to access them. She was just to lazy to look! She has costs me money, time, energy, I don't have. She prescribed the same prescription for nyastatin creme 2xs & same thing In powder form. Because 2xs cream on same order. The pharmacy filled It that way & my insurance refused to pay for It. They said It was double order for creme & to soon to fill it again. She didn't even send the powder order to the pharmacy which was also listed on my summary papers of visit. I've had spend additional time calling Insurance & spend time finding out what the problem is. I pay huge dollars a month to have supplemental insurance & never have had this problem, until Dr Walker. She flat does not know what she's doing, is terrible Dr & her attitude stinks. I've filled out numerous written surveys in the past with good marks for Dr's. The few times I've ever made additional comments of something I feel needs addressed. I've never once had Legacy respond to those surveys. Not in writing or calling me! Please pay attention to this complaint about Dr Walker & respond. Anymore I don't even usually fill out the surveys, because I feel they are never even read, much less addressed when problem. As result of this Dr's errors I also had to make another trip to pharmacy at different time to get powder. I did that via portal with Dr Rumbaugh. PAs are waste my time & energy also. They never address what I'm there for & say they don't know what's wrong with me. They always tell me I'll have to see my GP. So that is out of the question for me to even pursue. Cause all they do is costs money, time & effort also. Legally needs a better system! I tried to call this complaint in & was given number had nothing to do with this complaint. So that was dead end road to. I have ongoing UTIs need addressed & horrible fungal infections numerous places that need better care. This was why I was supposed to see Dr Rumbaugh. Dr R is wonderful doctor, but nearly impossible to get in with when I need quick care. No 2 doctors can seem to agree on anything. And I feel like I just get passed around when she's not available. Thank yuu for your attention to this complaint.

It was very nice every body was friendly did there jobs professionally, answered my question were very courteous.

Had a great visit with Tim Erickson. He was very thorough and helpful. He is very easy to talk with and made sure I understood his instructions.

Last visit with Dr Rumbaugh was very helpful and productive, reminding me of medical care I have received from her since she became my PCP 7 years ago. The previous appointment with her for annual exam was difficult for both of us due to her recent transition to Woodburn clinic and large patient load. It was reassuring to find those problems seem to be resolved - my appointment was on time and Dr Rumbaugh was able to spend appropriate amount of time on my medical issues. Dr Rumbaugh has always been efficient in covering my healthcare needs, attentive to my concerns, quick to research questions if she doesn't know exact answer and provides immediate feedback. She is a caring, exceptionally well-prepared Dr, supporting my health and well-being in all ways.

Hey I'm old and dr listens.

It was my first time to the Woodburn location for my doctor and I did not know which way to go. When I enter the building after walking and walking I finally found the place no receptionist there at door to tell me where no signs etc. I really like the office in Salem when Dr. Rumbaugh Dr. was there why did you move her to Woodburn I want to go to a doctor in Salem but I am not happy about having to cchange doctors. You need a OFFICE in Salem.

Dr. Read is an excellent health provider, always prepared with all records, ready for current recommendations and ready to adjust as needed after listening to what I have to say or request.

Dr. Read is professional, yet friendly. She is intelligent and shares her knowledge well. She listens to my concerns and provides good information and care.

Tracy, is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She's Thorough Kind and considerate.

The Dr and MA did not appear to be on the same page. The MA wasn't aware if the Dr would want a urine sample. The Dr wasn't aware if the MA would want me to bring the swab from my vaginal swab back to the room. My Dr told me to go ahead and leave the swab in the metal door in the bathroom. I found this odd because there was zero information to identify whose swab it was. I left it as I was told to do so. The MA came back into the room and asked me if I had the swab? I told her I was instructed to leave it in the bathroom. She had a look of why? She said she would go and get it so she could put it in the tube. I made a comment about hoping I did it right and it being okay. She said it should be fine if she went and put it in the tube right then. I don't live in town and I made the comment because I didn't want to have to make another trip to retest if it was contaminated. I sent a message because the Dr sent the medication for a yeast infection to my pharmacy. I haven't gotten any confirmation that I actually have one. I was sent a request for a re-swab then it was canceled. I sent a message asking what was going on and haven't heard back. Very frustrating.

Dr Box was very courteous and asked the right questions to which I felt that he cared about me and my health.

The front doors of the medical center weren't unlocked at the time I was told to come for my appointment and the receptionist gave me pushback about it when I told her. Also she asked me to come to her window for a printout and then made me wait for it.

There was a communication problem between where I was told to wait for an X-ray to be taken and the time I was actually seen. The nurse did not tell me it was necessary to check in again with the front desk- and it is nowhere written about this practice. I waited 30 min in lobby, thinking they would call me up for X-ray. The clerk told me I should have checked in BEFORE I waited. My wait began again the estimate of 30minutes was actually 60 minutes. I'm glad I took care of myself and left the facility for a quick lunch! It was a bad scheduling problem and the front office took no mercy. I will know better next time, patients need a rule book and better guidance.

Very long wait time in waiting room and even longer wait time in the exam room to see her. She said she didn't know I was even there.

Dr Erickson and his team are top notch. When my work changed insurance I paid the out of network fee just to keep seeing him. His team's communication and responsive is excellent and the results are clear and concise. Dr Erickson and his team are amazing to work with
