First visit to inquire about the Watchman device. Dr. Explained how it worked, the risks involved and what to expect after the procedure. He was very patient with my questions.

I am very frustrated with the "slowness" of all medical scenarios. It takes forever to schedule an appointment for ANYTHING - seeing dr./insurance approval/any tests VERY FRUSTRATING.

Dr. Agrawal explained my medical condition is a way, that I could understand the issues. This was a referral from my primary care physician and Dr. Agrawal took the time to look at my condition before the office/room visit. I felt more knowledgeable after the appointment.

Doctor interactions felt somewhat rushed. Staff and others followed up and were very helpful, except on the first visit when, after the dr. left the exam room I was told to wait. After 20 min. I walked out into the hall to see if I was still supposed to be waiting - someone had forgotten I was in the room!

The provide didn't remember my healthcare situation, didn't seemed to have reviewed my chart, our past conversations about my goals of care that we had on MyChart. I had to re-explain and remind him that I take allergy shots and didn't like to choose between medical management of my SVT vs allergies and asthma. I wanted the pill in a pocket option but he told me that was option # 2 only offered after daily medication fails but didn't explain why. After I agreed to end allergy shots and go back on Beta Blockers he offered me the pill in a pocket option without explaining why he changed his mind. In the end, I got what I wanted and what I think works best for my life and health situation: pill in a pocket. I am very happy that I got this treatment option so the end result was good but getting there was a struggle and confusing.

Dr. Agrawal takes a very easy-going and strongly interested approach to talking with patients. He listens seriously to my experiences and questions and makes sure I understand his answers. However many questions I ask, he always asks if I have more before he wraps up the visit.

I explained I was not diabetic, but have struggled with congenital hyperinsulism (lab diagnosed) since early childhood with frequent episodes then and through my life of seizures with temporary blindness immediately after meals or after many hours of no food. As an adult I have learned to manage it. He didn't listen to the "I am not a diabetic" comment. He wrote in my AFTER VISIT NOTES that I was a diabetic; specifically stating, "She is still curious about following her heart pump function closely given her history of diabetes. . . " He also wrote that my sister is a diabetic--she is not! This is sloppy on his part. He also noted I came in with a list of "Chief Compaints" which I did not. This was simply an introduction visit as my prior cardiologist moved to Seattle and I need a new one for future care. Other errors in the NOTES were statements that "Skin is warm and dry," but he never examined my skin. He wrote "Has history of A. Fib . . ." I do not. He claimed my bowel sounds were normal, but the stethoscope wasn't placed on my belly, just my chest, neck and back. Neither did he examine my pupils with a light, so how could he claim that they were "reactive to light?"
Was very good at explaining about procedure I'm going to have
