About Me:

Dr. Anthony is a recent graduate of the Legacy Internal Medicine Residency Program and a current primary care physician at Legacy Medical Group Northwest. She received her medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas before moving to Portland for residency. Dr. Anthony has special interests in gender affirming (transgender) medicine as well as comprehensive care for all LGBTQ+ individuals. She routinely utilizes physician-patient collaboration within her practice to help each individual meet their specific health goals. Outside of medicine, she enjoys yoga, crocheting, cooking, and spending time with her wife and cats. Dr Anthony is currently accepting patients within the LMG Northwest clinic only.

This was my first visit with Dr. Anthony. It is always difficult to switch to a new doctor so I was apprehensive but she immediately impressed me. It is very important to me to have a doctorI feel comfortable talking to. She is warm and friendly and well informed. I feel confident she will be an excellent provider, and I hope she stays at the Legacy Clinic for many years.

The interaction with Legacy has improved over the past 3 months. I need to this level of performance over time to see if it's sustainable.

I had to wait 3 months to get in to see my new provider after my old one left the practice. That should not have been the case in my opinion. Thanks for asking

Patricia in the front office helped when my sugar dropped and Dr. Anthony is amazing and a fabulous provider. The whole clinic really is wonderful.

My appointment was late in the day. I was prepared to have to wait longer since doctors and staff can get backed up as visits take a bit longer than expected. My appointed was right on time. Good work on managing the Dr.'s work load and their time management.

My first visit with her after waiting 6 months for an appointment. She read over my chart but did not check heart, lungs or other basic things that pcp usually checks. Did not ask me if I needed refills on any medications which I did since this is the beginning of the year. My previous pcp listened to things from my back. This Dr never left the seat, only looked at the computer. I was very unsatisfied with this appointment. Never even asked about my other health conditions .

I was a new patient and Dr Anthony was great, spent 45 minutes with me, went over my medical history and meds. She was right on time for the appointment and was very nice and friendly which I appreciate.

Called refill 4 days later not filled. Called office to make sure it would refill the man I talked to kept telling me the same thing. 5 days for refill when I aske for him to listen he said no and hung up.

Dr Anthony ordered some lab tests. In calling to make a lab appointment (this appears to be a new requirement) I waited on hold for 15 minutes before being disconnected. My second attempt resulted in similar hold time after which a person answered asking what I wanted (I had already specified the need to make an appointment in the automated answering segment). After repeating that I wanted to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold for another long time. When the scheduler answered, there were no appointments available for a week and I needed to return home in two days involving a 3 hour drive. I came into the lab the next morning and they said I couldn't have my blood drawn without an appointment. There was no one in the waiting room. A registration agent said he would register me, so I was able to see the phlebotomist almost immediately after registering (again, no one was waiting). This is ridiculous!

Megan Anthony D is probably your best doctor at this clinic by far. Top level, very personal, easy to be with, and didn't wear a white coat , was dressed casually , relaxed with me and my person who came to help me remember but she was not helpful because she was overbearing so next time I see Megan Anthony D will come on my own or get someone at the hospital to help me out if that is possible.

Dr Megan Anthony is excellent in every way. She is sincerely caring, and is a great listener, w great people skills. I feel that she is truly honoring her Hyppocratic Oath! She is a great addition/asset to Legacy, and the group @ Good Samaritan, and a wonderful ambassador and true gem both to Legacy as well as to the medical profession! The country, the world needs more like Dr. Megan Anthony in the medical profession!!!

Great experience. I met Megan for the first time and she was very thorough in covering my history and making suggestions for future care. She very graciously did an exam for me that was not scheduled to save me another visit. I was very appreciative and hope we have a long DR. PT relationship.

When I checked in the young person at the desk appeared preoccupied, visiting with a coworker. She did not ask if I needed parking validation, so I had to return to the building after my visit. Usually I walk to appointments so it did not occur to me to request parking validation.
