He is knowledgeable and treated me with respect, and asked lots of questions. My parents had a lot more information that they could have given him about my injury, but he didn't let them speak much and only talked to me. I didn't know how to answer some questions.

The provider was very knowledgeable but spoke in medical jargon to my child. She did not understand half of what was said, although after care instruction to her was understandable. My child felt he did not hear her when she express pain upon exam and he actually continued to hurt her.

It was not the best experience, the provider was saying these disrespectful comments and gestures to me and my brother, when he asked me if I know what i'm doing yet after school he responded "mmm good education going to someone who doesn't know what you going to do with like yet" and he asked my brother what he does and he said he sells phones and the provider just said like a "mm" he was really disrespectful to me and him I would prefer to have someone for my next appt

Very good experience. Good sense of humor and Common sense. I like Dr Bob. He was pretty cool.

The doctor and resident were very kind, compassionate and understanding. The exam was thorough, and I appreciated Dr. Bob's attempt to distract me from the pain. He had a good sense of humor which made the appointment enjoyable. He explained everything to me in depth, including x-ray findings, and clearly laid out the next steps.

As a nurse, I was impressed that the doctor was running the back office completely by himself. No MA or nurse made it to clinic that day due to inclement weather. We had to wait longer but I appreciate Dr. Bob continuing to provide care despite the tough circumstances.

Rude provider, cannot believe he works specifically with pediatrics. Awful!

The doctor is clearly knowledgeable and expert, and we had no doubt that we were receiving excellent care. However, he seemed a bit dismissive of our questions and concerns.

Although I am sure Dr. Bob Is a very good clinician his bedside manner was significantly lacking. He was condescending and rude. Also, the other Dr in the room knew about the previous foot fracture where Dr Bob did not. The staff and other Dr were great and we have never had anything but positive experiences in the past with other providers.

He was very condescending to my daughter. He made her feel very uncomfortable b/c of his dry sense of humor. Most kids dont't understand how to work with this type of personality. I had to itteruupt and tell him my daughter is dyslexic and the jokes aren't funny.

We purposely seeked Dr. Bob for a second opinion. We value his expertise and practice

Very knowledgeable but bedside manner is extremely lacking - We were lectured & my question was interrupted & dismissed before I could finish asking it. I don't doubt his competency as a physician but did not appreciate how I was treated.

Dr. Umberhandt was great about communicating in a clear manner about our son's condition, how to remedy it, and what he expected the 6th grader to do!!

The dr was very haughty and made my child feel awkward. Actual evaluation was quick and thorough, but painful and was not explained ahead of time to give my child warning about the pain. When my child said "ow!" Dr quickly said this wasn't a pain check but a mobility check. We walked away a bit shocked at his attitude

Dr. just wanted to tell me that I shouldn't continue to do the sport I love and should quit. I want a doctor who supports my career. Doctors should keep their personal opinions to themselves.

The doctor was great! He handled my son so well. Answered our questions and encouraged him to do the right things. He was funny and yet completely professional.

The doctor who was looking at my hand was very rude and didn't make me feel better at all. It was the worst visit I have ever done.

we had to wait a bit at the receptionist portion there was only 1 person and she was fielding calls as we waited to be checked in
This provider did not speak with compassion to my daughter. He told her that she was making it worse by crying so much. His assistant said "oh, it can't hurt that much". The experience of fitting her boot was excruciating in the office. This is because they did it while her foot was sitting resting on the break. No attempt was made to do it in any more gentle manner or in any other way. However, at home we were able to do just that. I feel that this office does not care about the discomfort of my daughter. Even though I understand that some discomfort is expected. They did not take her pain level seriously. And there was no reason for her to be in that much pain while in their office.
