About Me:

I came to Midwifery from the health technology space after recognizing that the daily impact I want to make is relationship focused. I grew up in rural Western Montana on a small farm and went to Middlebury College in Vermont prior to attending OHSU for my Nursing and Nurse-Midwifery training. I love helping people learn about their bodies and cycles, build autonomy in making health-related decisions, and repair their relationship with “going to the doctor”. It is an honor and a privilege to walk with you through everything from the breezy wellness visits to navigating new diagnoses or the depths of labor. I create a safe, empathetic, and warm space for you to come and be who you are, where you are. My specific interests lie in translating evidence into practice, perinatal mental health, family planning, and body literacy. I decompress from work through snowboarding and biking, live music and dancing with my friends, yoga, fantasy novels, and giving my dog belly rubs.
