"My most important role as a provider is to empower others by sharing knowledge, resources, tools, and support in a thoughtful and patient-centered way. I emphasize collaboration and prevention. There is much we can do to prevent, slow, halt, and even reverse disease. When we work as a team, we can do even more. I cherish any opportunity to help others meet and exceed their health goals. When I am not working, I am generally enjoying time with my family of humans, dogs, cats, and a parrot. We love to stay active, connect with nature, play games, garden, and get creative in the kitchen together."
