Diabetes educators

Our certified diabetes educators offer a full range of self-management programs as well as support groups and are certified by the National Certification Board of Diabetes Educators. Our program is recognized by the American Association of Diabetes Educators and meet special quality standards.

Nutrition counselors

Our registered and licensed dietitians are here to help you learn more about healthy eating habits and food choices. They offer nutrition counseling, meal planning and support to help you reach your goals.

Physical therapists and exercise specialists

Our physical therapists will help you become active safely, whether or not you have any conditions that have limited your activity in the past. Some benefits of working with a physical therapist are improved heart health, less pain, and improved strength, movement, flexibility and posture.

Behavioral Health specialists

Our psychologists and social worker will help you identify and learn new skills to change habits, behaviors and negative emotions that may interfere with your long-term weight and health goals.
