Preview: Clinical Integration Education and Learning Modules coming soon

We are excited to share that you will be able to access videos for both Clinical Integration (CI) Education and Provider Learning Modules through direct hyperlinks and will not need to login to access the videos this year.  We will be hosting our videos on a landing page instead of the E+ learning system so videos will be much easier to find and complete. At the end of the video, we’ll ask you to complete a simple form to record your name(s) and practice information so we can still track completion details for our records but no password will be required.

We will announce when the videos for CI Education and Learning Modules launch this spring and we look forward to sharing this content with you this year!

Clinical Integration Education – due September 30 (less than 15 minutes)
Clinical Integration (CI) Education is the annual video for providers and administrators in our network to understand why LHP matters and what a successful clinically integrated network looks like. Completion of this video is required to be eligible to earn an incentive in the Clinical Integration (CI) program.

This year, we are producing one version of the video for primary care, specialty care, and practice administrators because we can approach patient care differently and improve health outcomes more efficiently when we work together as a coordinated network. We will feature Dr. Albert Chaffin and Dr. Kevin Breger to share how they’re approaching cost reduction in their clinical practice which can help you come up with ideas in your own specialty.

Learning Modules – due December 31 (15-30 minutes)
Providers earn points toward their CI score by viewing at least one provider learning module from our growing list of topics each year. These learning modules provide detailed information and guidance from subject matter experts on a wide range of clinically relevant topics to support continued learning and skill building.
