Patient Rating

Legacy wants every patient to have great care, every time. To help measure and improve patient satisfaction, we send surveys to randomly selected patients after their appointments. We use this feedback from the surveys to improve and enhance the care we offer. It works like this: Real patients give us feedback through Press Ganey, a patient satisfaction survey company. They verify and confirm the results. National Research Corporation, an independent company, provides the technology to show the ratings and comments on our website

I was referred to Dr. Desai regarding the Watchman procedure and my potential for having the procedure. He explained the details and left the decision to me. He seemed confident about the procedure. I have decided to have it and am getting scheduled. It was a positive consultation.

Respectful, friendly staff. It took 2 weeks to hear back from office re test results (after I called twice) which I feel was a bit long. Overall my experience was good. Appreciate Dr. Desai's willingness to take time discussing & answering questions.

Everyone we talked to was very kind. We were treated with respect and never treated like our questions were stupid. The ONLY complaint I have is I would have liked to have heard about results.
