Visiting Us 

Imaging services are also provided at the outpatient imaging suite in Medical Plaza 2 (19260 SW 65th, Suite 165). Please check carefully the location address for your appointment.

Where to park:

Parking is available in the main hospital parking lot.

Where to check-in:

The registration desk is located to your left when you walk in the main entrance.

What to bring:

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any paperwork that your physician provides to the appointment. If you are having an exam that requires a contrast, please bring a list of the medications you are currently taking.

Walk-in X-ray services are available at this location.

The Breast Health Center was named as a Breast Center of Excellence by the ACR, and has also received accreditations from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) and Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).
