Parking is easiest in the parking structure that is attached to the hospital and medical office building by sky bridges.

When you schedule your appointment, we will let you know the location.
If your appointment is in the main hospital (2211 NE 139th St) please check in at the information desk located on the first floor of the hospital.
If your appointment is at the outpatient imaging suite (2101 NE 139th, Suite 150), please check in at the information desk located in suite 150 of the Medical Office Building.
For breast related imaging, please check in at outpatient imaging suite.
What to bring:
Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any paperwork that your physician provides to the appointment. If you are having an exam that requires a contrast, please bring a list of the medications you are currently taking.
