This appointment was precipitated by the dr. Based on erroneous information provided by divise provider. Divise information was found to be an Erroneous anomaly. Even with that, I felt I was hounded to make an appointment but had to wait weeks, then change location to finally find all was working perfect.with todays technology it is beyond me why this could not have been resolved with a phone or video conference. As a retired senior it is a major financial issue I see as unnecessary. Additionally, I do not any longer use My ahealth for any communication, billing or appointments as I have found you app problematic, and user unfriendly!

Major ongoing problems dealing with getting an appointment for a CT chest scan Dr. Narichania ordered. A lot of it has to do with Imaging not being able to contact his office. When I call, most of the time, they don't answer and will call back. That takes a very long time. Dr. N's office told me yesterday when I was there that the revised order had been sent. This morning Imaging told me again there was still a problem and they will call me back. That was 3 hours ago. This has been going on for 3 days.
