About Me:

Dr. Furukawa is delighted to practice the full spectrum of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is passionate about high and low risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, contraception, sexual health, infertility, vulvar disorders, management of abnormal bleeding and menopause. She is honored to partner with her patients through the decades, and deeply values these long-term relationships. Dr. Furukawa is from Spokane, WA but has put down deep roots in Portland. She enjoys diving into a good book, outdoor adventures with her two boys, exploring Portland restaurants, admiring neighborhood architecture with her husband, and sipping a good cup of coffee. She loves international travel and has collaborated on women’s health projects in Guatemala and Ethiopia. She looks forward to meeting you!
