Dr. Spain's love for primary care stems from building long term relationships with his patients, understanding patient goals, educating on ways to improve their health, and being a guide on a patient's health journey. He specializes in providing quality care, practicing evidence-based medicine, adult care, chronic disease management, and healthcare improvement. Outside of work, Dr. Spain enjoys running, trips to Disneyland with his wife, spending time with his dogs, and collecting sports cards.
