About Me:

Dr. Chermaine Hung has a particular interest in diabetes technology, including continuous glucose monitoring, because it can make such a positive difference in people’s lives. She also enjoys caring for patients with osteoporosis and lipid disorders, as well as people who need gender-affirming care. Dr. Hung earned a bachelor of science in biochemistry and cell biology at the University of California, San Diego in La Jolla, California. She completed her doctor of medicine and residency at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. From there, she completed a fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at the University of Colorado in Aurora, Colorado. She is board-certified in internal medicine.
